Our LOTR-themed Wizard's Cottage, along with our LOTR Stargazer treehouse, are on 2+ acres, & have been described as a "love letter to Tolkien himself." Our home is about 200 ft. from the Cottage & far from Stargazer (back of the acreage). Greenery provides privacy. Enjoy our hot tub & Mordor -(dare to open the "Mor Do[o]r")! We are solidly in farm country; 2 miles from lovely Cedar Lake; Soo Line Trail has hiking, biking & snowmobiling; park & bar in walking distance. Diversity is welcome.

Sanders Lodge @Three Acre Woods

You can sleep well after a long day of snowmobiling, hunting, fishing or sight seeing at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Sit around the campfire in the evening and relax. This has a queen bed, twin trundle bed and comfy couch for sleeping. In the kitchenette there is a full size fridge, a two burner stove, microwave, coffee pot, blender and a toaster/pizza/convection oven. Be aware, you will have to share the party room side with some homeschoolers on Wednesday mornings.

In town. Crosby, Cuyuna Adventure

Located just 2 blocks from Main Street, in a quiet neighborhood, this 'miners house' has all you need to enjoy your stay during your Cuyuna Adventure. The house is on a large lot with off street parking, close to the MTB trails, and all Crosby has to offer! Enjoy your days end with a bonfire or relax inside with the Smart TV/WIFI. There is a firepit but guests are asked to supply their own wood. Also, if you plan to grill during your stay, please provide your own charcoal.

One bedroom apartment with private entrance located on 40 acres of rolling hills. Apartment is on second floor. Quiet location with beautiful views of a lake and countryside. Perfect place for a personal or writer's retreat or if you enjoy a quiet night's sleep. The apartment is attached to a single-family home which is our personal residence. NOTE: This is a basement unit, the upstairs is unoccupied during your stay and will be closed off with an accordion door.

Cozy 1 bdrm log cottage on 30 acres. Perfect for a romantic getaway, quiet weekend. Over 1 mile of wooded trails perfect for long walks, cross country skiing or snowshoeing. Great spot to escape from the city. You can fish right off the covered bridge or wait for deer to pass by.
