Private and Safe place to hang your hat for the night or a couple of weeks. Adults over 18 only, we cannot accommodate children or infants . This peaceful location lets you escape from the rush of everyday life and is only a short drive to beautiful Traverse City and Lake Michigan!

Located just 15 miles south of Traverse City. My husband and I live in the upper level of the home.

The bathhouse is large with a sink, shower/bathtub, and toilet. It has electricity, hot water with a locking door for privacy. It is only steps away from the cabin. Highly recommended for a unique, quiet get away.

Manistee River Retreat

The Manistee River Retreat is a home located on a bluff overlooking the Manistee River. It is on a private drive. The large deck has a grille, dining table and a table and chairs by the fire pit. The deck overlooks the river valley. From the kitchen door wall is the screen porch that has a dining set for four. Inside the remodeled home is a spacious eat in kitchen and living room, two bedrooms, full bath and a mud room. Like our other Airbnb "Manistee River Cabin" it is sparkling clean.
