Self-contained 2 king bed Flat 11 acres woodland

New Forest at it’s best. Peaceful base to explore NF. 2 king-size beds (one is a 4-poster, the other a sleigh bed) A single bed can be added easily, upon request. Kitchenette has sink, micro, mini-fridge, toaster, kettle. Walkable to 2 pubs, Monty’s in Beaulieu & Royal Oak at Hilltop. Fairweathers (walkable) does brekkie. Private access is via spiral staircase to rear of house, not for those with accessibility issues, but it's fine to use internal house stairs. All dogs welcome, no extra charge.

Stylish New Forest rural hideaway near Lymington

Relax in this contemporary rural bungalow on the forest and close to the sea. Walk out onto the New Forest, enjoy the scenic garden looking over fields packed with wildlife, or enjoy cycling along quiet lanes amongst grazing ponies, donkeys and cattle. Two good pubs are within 1.5 miles in either direction and the historic towns of Beaulieu and Lymington are 3 miles and 4.5 miles respectively away. The quaint historic shipyard of Bucklers Hard nearby has a museum, pub and marina. IOW close too.

The Garden Wing is a very special tranquil place

This unique place has a style all its own. Designed in a Japanese way with it's own Water Garden, terrace and boardwalk. Ideal for a family and children will love The Garden Wing, but there is access to the Japanese water garden, and bedroom 3+4 have unguarded stairs to unuseable mezzanine bunks ( see photos). Beautiful Boathouse within the hamlet of Beaulieu

BACK ON - A stunning converted Boathouse set in an acre of private grounds on the edge of Beaulieu village, within a short walk of all the local amenities and the river. The detached property is accessed through security gates via a tree lined drive. There is parking for 3 cars and the boathouse provides accommodation for 6 people in 4 bedrooms. The property is a haven for families seeking privacy, peace and tranquillity. It offers a great base to explore everything the New Forest has to offer.

It has rustic charm with country modern facilities and is situated in a peaceful rural lane which leads directly onto the forest. It is very near to the coast and the bustling Georgian market town of Lymington where you can also find the Isle of Wight ferry terminal ( 30 mins crossing ) or charter a yacht and sail yourself. Otherwise enjoy a ramble from your door across the forest but watch out for donkeys !

Located in the centre of Beaulieu, this beautifully refurbished 17th Century cottage is an ideal base from which to relax and explore the New Forest. Situated on a quiet road in the beautiful village, you can walk to Monty's Inn pub nearby for dinner and visit the popular cafe opposite for breakfast. You may even see donkeys walking along the High Street! The cottage has a very spacious ground floor with an open kitchen/large dining area plus a cosy lounge where you can enjoy the log burner.
