The Pelly is a cute basement unit with a private entrance. It sleeps four in a queen and a sleeper sofa. The kitchenette has a hot plate, a microwave, and a small fridge/freezer, plus a washer and dryer. The Pelly is under 15 minutes to: -SeaTac Airport -Tukwila Mall -Renton Landing -Lake Washington -Delicious local restaurants Renton is a suburb of Seattle. It takes 25-30 minutes to get downtown most times of day. Taking the Metro bus into Seattle is also effective and takes about 45 minutes.

This is a private basement studio (one room) with a bathroom, full kitchen, living space with a queen size pull out sofa and a queen bed. My place is a 5 minute walk to the Othello Light Rail, and from there you'll have easy access to all of Seattle without the hassle of parking or the cost of a car rental. You’ll love it here because it's comfortable and close to everything. My place is good for couples, a family with small children, and good friends who don't mind sharing close quarters.

From here, you are "20 minutes to everything" This private apartment is designed for ease and rest with Roku TV, electric fireplace, kitchen, queen bed and a full size daybed (apartment can sleep three adults comfortably, [or two adults/two kids] ) This neighborhood offers great walks and views of the Lake and Cascade Mountain Range

Welcome to our spacious 600 sq ft private guest suite! You'll have your own kitchen and living room as well as a private entrance and drive way that can fit 3 cars.
