While in Southport, enjoy the shops, the majestic Live Oaks, dine at fabulous cafes & restaurants with water views, take a carriage ride, watch the boats go by, go on a ghost walk or tour a museum. Southport has something for eveyone!

The 1940’s Wicker Cottage/ Dog Friendly & Fenced

Come step back into time with all of the modern amenities! This cottage is newly renovated and has been taken back to its 1940’s roots. Relax with family or friends at this peaceful cottage. Located just minutes away from local beaches and shopping and the famous calabash seafood and restaurants! The home is within 5 minutes of Sunset Beach. 10 minutes to North Myrtle, Cherry Grove. Both Wilmington and Myrtle Beach are within 40 minutes. There are plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, and bars very near the home. Must be at least 21 to book.

Walk to the Beach + Bring your pup!

The Big Snapper is in one of the best spots on the island! Only two blocks from the beach, walkable to a few great restaurants, and a short drive (or beach walk!) to downtown Carolina Beach. It’s the upstairs unit of a duplex and is completely separate from the space below. We welcome up to 2 dogs, please include them in your booking and make sure they’re respectful of the space.
