Enjoyed our stay. The cleanliness and location exceeded our expectations.

We had a wonderful stay in Oak Island. This was our first visit to the are and we will be back. Terri's place was a perfect location. We had first class access to a golf cart from a recommended company and drove that everywhere. I highly recommend this. Our dogs loved the beach and the porch at the house. Super clean and well designed for our family. Terri was very responsive to our questions. I was thankful she left detergent for us to do some laundry. We forgot ours. Highly recommend.

Love this place so much! So close to everything and the host are so nice! Perfect place for a fun vacation!

My family and I had a nice weekend getaway at the property. It was very spacious and accommodating. We loved the bathrooms especially. The backyard area was very spacious and nice as well. I can imagine how much more beautiful it will be when the lake is full again. The only thing that was different for us was not having curtains or blinds in the whole back area (sunroom,back door, kitchen) and the front windows of the home. We live in the city area where we stay so we’re use to some sort of closure. Other than that definitely worth the price. Would highly recommend this property and come back again ourselves. My family and I absolutely loved Kyler's home. The home had plenty of room and had all things we needed. The home was well thought out. My two girls had a a great time with the games. Very family friendly. the location was perfect just a 5 min drive to downtown Wilmington. 20 min drive to the beach. Kyler was a great host and so hospitable. Would definitely dat here if we come back.

We did our annual golf fraternity golf trip and this year several guys stayed at Sea Oats on Lockwood Folly. They all enjoyed staying at this home and I received comments like, "very comfortable," "clean, with plenty of amenities and convenient" and "a great house." Marty is a wonderful host and always responded to any question I had. The house description you see is exactly what you'll get and we plan on renting it again next year.

The house was beautiful! We had 9 adults and it still felt huge! Area was perfect and the beach access was wonderful. The host (Jim) was so responsive with questions and extremely friendly. Highly recommend

Perfect for an anniversary trip! Truly beautiful to wake up and have a cup of coffee on the canal… take advantage of the kayaks and bikes!! It’ll elevate your time here immensely. If you’ve got the time, Seabrisa’s and hurricane juel’s (a 10 minute ride away and right next to each other in little river) did not disappoint. If you go to hurricane get a side of hush puppies…. It’ll change your life! An easy walk to the beach or a quick drive to nearby pay to park areas if you’ve got supplies to tote! This spot also is conveniently close to many good mini golf courses if you’re feeling competitive! A truly special gem to find. One of our favorite spots we’ve been on our east coast beach travels!

The apartment had everything we needed. it was clean and had a comfy bed. The owners were quick to respond to any questions or concerns. it really felt like home and would certainly stay there again.

C’était tout simplement le meilleur Airbnb que j’ai réservé ! L’appartement était d’une propreté irréprochable, le lit super confortable, et il était idéalement situé. Le gros plus : un balcon qui donnait directement sur la Riverwalk. C’était magnifique ! On pouvait s’installer tranquillement sur le balcon, boire un verre et profiter du coucher de soleil… Un vrai bonheur. Franchement, si j’avais pu, j’aurais acheté cet appartement tellement il était parfait ! J’espère vraiment pouvoir y revenir un jour. En plus, il y avait un parking juste à côté, ce qui a rendu le séjour encore plus pratique. Tout était vraiment top top ! Merci infiniment pour tout, c’était un séjour absolument parfait.

This was a great experience from the first attempt to book at the last minute. Ervisa was quick to respond so we could relax and know we had a place to stay that night. We had stayed at several places during our vacation and this was by far the nicest and SUPER clean. They were again very accommodating when we wanted to add on a night. I only wish we had more time to actually hang out and enjoy the place.

Audrey gave perfect instructions regarding how to find the unit, and getting in was extremely easy. We loved the peace and quiet around us and the walkability to several great restaurants. It was the perfect getaway for the two of us for a couple of days. The space had everything that we needed and was very comfortable and very clean.

We enjoyed our stay here, it had everything that we needed for a comfortable stay. Coby was very easy to communicate with and was always prompt in replying. The place was very easy to find, there was plenty of parking and it was in a great location! We never used the car once we arrived as we were able to walk everywhere. The place was super clean, super quiet and very secure. I especially liked the shower, it was amazing! I’d love to return to Wilmington and would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful long weekend in Wilmington! Rachel's rental is a great location to enjoy all downtown has to offer. And oh, the unit itself was outstanding! It is exactly as described, yet felt even more inviting in person. Yes, it is on the petite side, but for just two people it was perfect. We did not use the kitchen (too many great restaurants to visit), but the rest of the unit exceeded our expectations. The sofa is actually so comfortable - description does not specify this but both sides recline. The bathroom was super nice, huge shower with great water pressure. The bed is a little on the firm side, but that's a personal preference. The building is very secure with the security code to get in the lobby and another to get in the unit. Unit door can be a little funny to close, but we got the hang of it. Had no problem, unloading or loading, and the parking garage is only a couple of blocks away. Just hold the parking pass up near your review mirror. We will be back - thank you Rachel!

This was just what we needed. Studio with comfy king bed and refrigerator/coffee machine/microwave. Designated parking spot in driveway. Couldn’t even hear the people staying in the other unit, and we loved that we could walk (~20 min) to the main downtown area. Would stay again!

The apartment is on the second floor with a beautiful view overlooking the boardwalk and Cape Fear River. Nice size balcony and large front windows. Comfortable bed and furniture. Kitchen has everything needed. Steps from the center of downtown.

Great stay, beautiful view of the beach from the back patio. 10 min drive from most stores and restaurants. 20-30 min drive to Downtown Wilmington. Perfect beach getaway home. Host were great as well.

The Great Escape condo was perfect! Spacious unit with a modern & updated look and in a great location with golf course views and a short walk to Prime & the Bistro! Robin sent proactive & clear instructions for check in & out , was flexible with checkin time and we were welcomed with freshly made chocolate chip cookies which was a super sweet surprise! We’ll be sure to check available here next time we come back!

This condo was exactly what we needed for our weekend getaway! The home was clean and in a perfect location. The only downfall was the guest bedroom that has the bunk beds, didn’t have a ceiling fan for our little one. Other than that, it was perfect and we loved staying here!

This place is beautiful, quiet, not busy (at least in early April), beach is clean, friendly neighborhood-if we return to this area we will try to obtain the same condo. Rebecca our host went so far above and beyond what was expected-when I arrived at the wrong place, when I asked about early check-in, and when I drove off with their parking pass. We have rented Airbnbs many times all over the US and Central America, and I can tell you Rebecca is by far the best host we have ever had. Her immediate response to some of my questions was priceless.

Relaxing, family friendly location! The neighborhood was mostly quiet, and felt safe. Helpful directions and instructions in preparation of our stay, and the hosts were very responsive which was a relief. Having the beach right outside was amazing, and many places were walkable. Wish we had stayed longer!

This is our second time staying here and it is really an awesome place. I travel for business and this place lets us spread out, set up our laptops and still not feel cluttered! It is so close to everything. You can walk to the water, shops and dining. The condo is clean and large enough for us to spread out. Loved the balcony and the privacy being surrounded by trees. It is fun to sit on the balcony and watch the people come and go to the shops below. We had a great time and will be back.

GREAT LOCATION! Place was very clean and awesome private cozy space. Tafie was very quick to respond and very accommodating. 10/10 recommend this spot!
