With 2 bedrooms and a large loft with 2 sofa beds it sleeps a maximum of 6 adults, and 2 children ages 2-12! Come up to Dyers Bay, a beautiful place all year-round.

NEW FOR 2025, the Yacht has Air Conditioning! A vintage private 30 foot Cruiser with a teak & mahogany wood trimmed cabin. Cabin height is 6 ft. Children 3 yrs & older Two berths sleep 2 each. Full galley. Linens and towels provided. It is disinfected before your arrival. Extra person $50/day agreed prior. Centre bed $50 for stay. This accommodation is for the boat at the dock only. It does not include driving the boat or use of the cottage property. The boat is a non smoking.

Fairwinds looks out on Lake Huron and is a 10 min. drive to Tobermory. ***Guest limit is 10. The door opens up into a large living room and kitchen with a 180 degree view of the lake. An 8-foot island surrounded by bar stools anchors the kitchen. Watch the famous Lake Huron sunsets while having a meal or soaking in the hot tub. Our front is a rocky beach with a fire pit. We swim here with our water shoes. The sandy beach is a 2 mins drive or a 5-10 min bike ride.
