A wonderful stay. Group of 5 adults and 4 children plus a small baby. Plenty of space for everyone. Very well equipped and clean. Good location, short walk to the town centre and lots of lovely places to eats and nice shops. Host was really helpful and responsive before and during our stay. Highly recommend this place.

A peaceful countryside stay with amazing views and lovely animals — the horses and llamas made it extra special! The house was cozy and clean, and the Jerry was very helpful and welcoming. Would definitely return

We had a lovely stay here. The location was great for exploring the surrounding area, and the cottage itself was spotless with a warm, homely feel that made it very comfortable to relax in. The copper bath was a real highlight—such a treat after a day out. All in all, a great base for a countryside break, and I’d happily recommend it.

A truly wonderful and peaceful stay. The amenities were excellent—everything you could need to feel right at home. It’s the perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle, with acres of open land for long strolls and scenic walks up the hill. There were plenty of board games to keep both kids and adults entertained throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing escape. Pam was a fantastic host—warm, welcoming, and very responsive.

I had a wondeful stay here with my Mum, gorgeous home. We loved ligbting the l9d burner each night, the bath was a personal favourite of mine after a long day exploring the cotswolds. The beds were cosy an comfortable. Thank you for letting us stay x

Absolute lovely 4 days stay at the cottage! Great customer experience, cosy and elegant decoration, blooming garden, nice attention with products already available in the kitchen ( fresh milk, beers..) and grocery at hand if needed. Rooms, towels, bath products, all in high quality and quantity. Dyson hairdryer in the room, Nespresso machine in the kitchen. Great wifi. Heater made us warm in less than an hour. 2 keys to ease our team handling in and out. Handy Parking place at 20 meters. I recommend The eagle tavern for the divine food and the breakfast at the closest bakery in Ashbury( 4 km). Fiona was pro active and reactive and her kind support has been really appreciated all along our stay. Many very good advises and recommendations to target the right meal places and villages ranking! Do not hesitate to book the place : it’s a british heaven!

Nadia’s place was exactly as described and looked just like the photos! Nadia was a lovely host and very attentive. My partner and I had a really lovely time! Would definitely book again!

Lovely little place near to the Marina. Great bathroom and the kitchen had everything you’d need for a short stay. Milk in fridge was a nice touch. Not a lot of room to side of bed but good use of the space. Internet and tv worked well. Parking right outside and the place was easy to find. Access to a Bench outside to enjoy any sunshine. Fab weekend

Not the first time I have stayed here, and certainly not the last. I have made a new booking already and looking forward to it! It is for me like home from home - in the middle of this lovely town. Fudge and apple juice are welcoming me as well as music. So cosy, so nice, so comfortable! Thanks again for letting me have such a good time!

Lovely apartment. Perfect for our group of friends to get together. Picturesque area, easy walk into Malvern and the hills. Some nice places to eat nearby including the Nag’s Head and Everest restaurant. Thanks for a great stay Angie

We loved our stay in Ledbury! The flat is extremely cute and the indoor fireplace is lovely with plenty of wood. The bath is great and beds are comfy, and surrounding gardens are really beautiful. We left something behind and Richard promptly sent it back in the post - would highly recommend staying here!

We really enjoyed our stay at Julian’s place. Very comfortable & easy walking distance to town. Added bonus to have breakfast in the morning. Lots of books & DVD’s too.

We stayed for 2 nights as we were visiting the RHS Malvern Show. Great location for this, only a 5 minute drive away. The flat is bright, spacious and well equipped with fresh ingredients for breakfast provided - including a delicious loaf of fresh bread. Large bedroom with comfortable bed overlooking the garden and far reaching views of the countryside. Well stocked kitchen, and cosy lounge with tv. Really loved the little vanity table in the bathroom - great lighting and perfect for popping on a bit of makeup! Great stay, would totally recommend. Thank you

Our group had the most wonderful stay at Anthony’s place. The pictures do not do this home justice. The house itself is simply stunning and the surrounding gardens were spacious and perfect for the sunny weekend. There are some gorgeous walks, in the local area, walkable from the house itself. We also enjoyed a lovely lunch at the Red Lion pub down the road, would highly recommend. Anthony was an incredibly accomodating and responsive host, making the process feel smooth. Many thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us so we could enjoy a wonderful long weekend. Upon arrival we received a welcome visit from James, who was very helpful and informative. The house was even better than we had expected and had everything we could have asked for. It comfortably fit 12 people. We thankfully had beautiful weather so made good use of the outdoor space and bbq. I will definitely be coming back and recommending this property to my friends and family. Thank you 🤩

We had such a lovely stay at Jan’s place with the entire family for the Easter break. A great place to go with friends and family, with activities available for everyone. Would highly recommend!

We stayed here with four children (ages 2 to 6) and it was great. Lovely living area at the top of the house and plenty of space for everyone. We were very lucky with the weather and could eat outside on the balcony for most meals. Lots to do on the Lower Mill Estate for families. We would come again.

Oldbury Barn is in a lovely location in the countryside with great views (though tricky to find, so the 'what3words' helped a lot!). The house was nicely presented and lovely and clean. Plenty of pots, pans, mugs (!) utensils etc for a large family group. The open plan nature of the kitchen/diner/lounge is great for a multi generational family gathering like ours, as you are always all together in one huge room. However, note that its a tiled floor and there isn't much in the way of soft furnishings so noise echoes around a bit and can be heard from all bedrooms - but this is only a problem if you have very young kids going to bed early or getting up early! The 2 ground floor bedrooms are large and with lots of storage. The 2 upstairs bedrooms are small with very low ceilings and little storage - fine for kids but we were were 7 adults and one toddler, so that didnt work brilliantly for us . The "slight height restriction" in the description is quite an understatement!!

The place matched and exceeded the description and photos. It was exceptionally clean upon our arrival and well decorated. There was an abundance of cutlery, utensils, dinnerware, etc. Management company were extremely communicative before and through-out. Would 100% recommend this house for future traveler's.
