Unit is on the ground floor of our home and is strictly 2 guests only. NO CHILDREN Private entrance at the front of the unit. Parking is at the rear of the unit. We live upstairs and do respect your privacy but we are available if need. We do ask you to respect the guests in our other unit and our neighbours and keep noise down at night. Please respect our apartment and the condition you find it in. : NO CHILDREN : NO PETS : NO SMOKING ON PROPERTY : DEFINITELY NO LEAVERS

Sunny Side is a country style house and is set in a magnificent garden amongst the peppermint trees giving you plenty of shade and privacy. Relax and enjoy with all the conveniences of home. Set near the pristine and sheltered waters of Geographe Bay you can take a dip in the Indian ocean or sit back, relax on the pristine beach. Located between the town hubs of Dunsborough and Busselton, Siesta park is quiet and a perfect setting to escape the hustle and bustle.

Broadwater Nature reserve, 10 minutes to walk to the beach,10 minutes to Busselton CBD by car,and 20 minutes to the Wine Region and popular surf coastline. The house is a comfortable family home with 2 bedrooms available with queen beds, ceiling fans in each room, clothes storage and your linen and towels provided. One bathroom with seperate bath and shower area. Fully self contained kitchen, an Alfresco area lawned back yard and a bbq.

Mulberry Cottage is 1 of 2 cottages we have on our small cattle farm. Mulberry cottage is in a beautiful rural setting, overlooking our paddocks and dam. It is light and airy and newly built. We are conveniently situated between Busselton, Margaret River and Dunsborough. The nearest supermarket is just 7 minutes drive away at Vasse.
