The newly converted Cosy Casita (small house) has it's own private entrance, enclosed private patio and unique BBQ. It is detached from our family home and it is situated in a quiet residential street 2 mins drive away from Broadstone town where there are various supermarkets (Tescos, Marks and Spencer), restaurants & bars. It is stylishly decorated with modern twists and is a lovely calm space, in which to relax and enjoy. Accommodation is on one level other than a small step into bed area.

All on the first floor with separate entrance - we live downstairs. Adaptable - contact to discuss more than three guests. Consists of two double bedrooms (one regular double and one small double bed), shower room and separate living area. Living/dining space has small kitchenette area with a fridge, microwave, kettle, single hob and toaster plus dining table for four. Also has small lounge area with a Smart TV.. High speed WiFi, central heating, off road parking (subject to vehicle size).

In this self contained annex, The Den offers a central location to one of the UK’s most popular areas. From exploring National Trust properties of castles & Brownsea Island to paddle boarding along Poole Harbour & exploring the famous South West coast path. Golf courses in the day to cheese & wine restaurants in the evening. 40min drive to the beautiful Jurassic coast of old harry rocks or Durdle door and under 30min bike ride to sandbanks beach. Poole ferry port is only 15min drive away..

The Garden Retreat with Hot Tub

Located on the outskirts of Bournemouth and Poole and within reach of the New Forest, the Garden Retreat is a self contained 1 bedroom lodge with private courtyard and hot tub. The Garden Retreat is 2 mins walk from a local pub/restaurant. Bournemouth’s award winning sandy beaches are about 15 minutes away by car. Lodge features air conditioning, remote controlled blinds, hot tub with mood lighting and wi-fi speakers, outdoor dining area, fridge, combi oven, coffee machine and sofa bed.

A 10min walk from Ashley Rd where you can buy food and supplies as well as catch buses to Poole, Bournemouth and the Jurassic coast.

Although the Annexe is part of our family home, we no longer live in the house & the property is only for guests staying at the annexe. During your stay explore the Dorset coast & forests, eat delicious meals at our local restaurants & pubs, spend a relaxing evening in fully covered hot tub surrounded by festoons lights, or spend the afternoon in the garden. The Annexe is a couple minutes walk away from pubs, restaurants, M&S & Tesco & lovely woodland walks. Sky sports is include.

The Cabin - Hot tub vibes

This is a space for people who want to relax or explore the amazing area of Dorset. It is designed like a hotel room, with no cooking facilities but with the addition of a hot tub 😇 Sandbanks beach - 10 min drive Durdle Door - 30 min drive Studland - short ferry ride from Sandbanks We have a driveway so there is parking available for you if you travel by car. We also live a 5 - 10 minute walk from Poole town centre. No pets - sorry!

Our lovely newly converted barn is a wonderful private space, set within 3 acres of countryside in the Throop conservation area. Situated 15 minutes from the beach (driving) and 10 minutes walk from the River Stour which is a beautiful conservation area. 5 minutes from Local amenities

Brightside Cottage

Tucked away in a pretty cottage garden, this cosy 4 Star 17th century thatched cottage makes a lovely holiday retreat. A 20 minute walk takes you to the delightful market town of Wimborne Minster. Just a short drive away, is the popular seaside town of Bournemouth with its miles of sandy beaches leading to the Purbecks for stunning coastal walks. We can’t wait to meet you! Please note: Low ceiling in lounge area.

Quite getaway, with everything needed for a short stay. Stylish modern, stand alone studio, with private entrance. Modern shower room & kitchenette, with dining space and King size bed. There is a shared garden area with your own dining and lounging area. We do have a lovely little dog who is very friendly and also the occasional visiting friendly family dogs, who may be around in the garden to say hello.

Garden Studio (2-night minimum)

The garden studio is a stand alone guest house with its own private entrance and off-street parking shared with the host. It has a queen bed and private bathroom. Located near Bournemouth University/Arts Institute (7min walk). Ideally suited for anyone connected to/visiting the Uni.
