You can sleep with the doors open in the summer and the sound of the ocean crashing against the shore is one awesome soundtrack!

SeaSeat is a gorgeous flat in a beautiful old building, overlooking the sea. We call it SeaSeat because it’s hard to drag yourself away from watching the sea in the daytime or marvelling at the sunsets at dusk. This special place is close to everything that Margate has to offer, it’s right in the old town where all the funky shops, bars and restaurants are and a couple of minutes from the Turner Gallery. Stylish and comfortable, light and airy ..a little seaside gem!

The apartment is decorated to a very high standard, with a high specification kitchen and bathroom with large walk in shower. The lounge directly overlooks Viking Bay, with fabulous views of the seafront and is close to the town centre and easily walkable from the station. There is a wood burning stove for those chilly evenings or cosy winter breaks. We have one large double bedroom, and a double-sized sofa bed so the apartment is comfortable for 2-4 people.

Please don't book if you like a TV as you'll be disappointed. It’s around 15-20 minutes walk to the Turner or Botany Bay. Light-filled, quiet, big views. Ziggys is a beautiful flat in the Old Town of Margate on Marine Drive overlooking the sea and harbour. The flat has lovely high ceilings and is light and bright and will be presented immaculately clean. The sunsets which flood orange/pink light into the flat are amazing. All the attractions of Margate are a short walk, for example the Turner gallery is two minutes away.
