The ground floor has plenty of space for storage & relaxing - with a boot room, lounge and a dining /work space in the cellar. On the first floor, there are two good sized bedrooms which can sleep up to 5 (one double bed & one triple bunk, although, top bunk only suitable for children). Wardrobes in both bedrooms. Spacious top floor Studio Apartment with stunning sea views, set just off the high street & 5 minutes stroll to the local beaches. Beautiful beachside apartment

The apartment is decorated to a very high standard, with a high specification kitchen and bathroom with large walk in shower. The lounge directly overlooks Viking Bay, with fabulous views of the seafront and is close to the town centre and easily walkable from the station. There is a wood burning stove for those chilly evenings or cosy winter breaks. We have one large double bedroom, and a double-sized sofa bed so the apartment is comfortable for 2-4 people.

Stay on a quiet street in Broadstairs, 5 minutes walk from the station and local shops, as well as 500m from Viking Bay. This is a separate studio space attached to the main house with a bathroom, full TV services and a kitchenette with fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster. We can add a hob or clothes rack for longer stays as well as a small desk ideal for remote working with strong wifi. Plenty of free street parking and if needed a space on the drive
