Well what can I say? Hilary's apartment was just perfect, couldn't fault anything! The space is just amazing with the most incredible views and everything is top quality. Parking on the promenade was a bonus too. Hilary was a lovely host and met us on arrival, and all instructions were clear and easy to follow. We had the best time and hope to return soon. Thank you Hilary. 10/10!

Great place to stay. Very clean, spacious with everything you need in the kitchen. 3-5 min walk to the town centre. Very quiet and peaceful. Great base to explore North Norfolk. Host extremely helpful and responsive. Highly recommend.

A great find so close to the beach, coastal path and town. A lovely, homely flat with all you need, including bathrobes! Check-in easy with clear instructions and good communication with Ali. Had no issues with parking, managed to park outside the flat, however there was always space on roads nearby. Great transport links with buses and trains. Lots of great places to eat, cafes, pubs and restaurants.

The flat was perfect base for us. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The flat was clean and tidy. Carly was responsive to any queries and provided clear instructions which helped us make the most of our stay.

Really lovely listing in Cromer, perfect location right by the sea! Kate was a super helpful and responsive host. The space was spotless and the bedroom in particular was lovely ! Kate did advertise that the bathroom had no shower, so we were aware of that going into the space. However, it’s a bit tricky if what you want is a quick and easy shower. Only snag is to be mindful of the short bathroom / bedroom entrances - my partner (6 foot) kept bumping his head going between the bedroom and bathroom, especially at night.

Lovely place to stay. Nicola and Richard were really friendly and helpful. The place was a perfect location. With lots of shops and places to eat close by. Would highly recommend.

Excellent communication and instructions throughout. The apartment was as described, if not better, and absolutely perfect for a couple days on the beautiful Norfolk coast. It was comfortable, clean, welcoming, well equipped and lovely to be so close to the beach. Thank you

The best Airbnb we have stayed in, lots of extra details. Immaculate and as described. We were there Sunday and Monday and not many nice eateries open but our fault for not checking. Easy access to many other lovely beaches.

We had a fantastic long weekend stay at this lovely property with our dogs. The place was spotlessly clean, bright, and welcoming – a perfect space to come back to after a day of exploring. Colin, the host, was incredibly helpful, responsive, and very flexible with our booking, which made the whole experience even better. It truly felt like a home from home, with everything you could need for a short or longer stay. The private courtyard was a real bonus, and the comfy downstairs area was a great place to relax after long walks. The beach was only a 10-minute walk away, which was perfect for morning strolls with the dogs. It was also an easy stroll into Great Yarmouth, or you could hop on the family train from Haven Seashore Holiday Park or take the open-top bus for a scenic ride. We'd definitely recommend it! 👍

Stayed at Ian’s place with my partner and 3 children for 1 night. Ian was really helpful with questions I had asked, replying instantly. I was looking for a place that was clean and not grubby as my 14 month old is crawling and the photos looked great but also the reviews were key for me to picking this place. It was was spot on with cleanliness! The house was lovely cozy and modern and perfect for a little family. Thanks you very much Ian

The house was a stunning place to spend a few days. We had our 3 kids with us ages 3 and 6. They had fun just tearing around the courtyard but we also were able to walk to the beautiful beach. The house was spotless and perfect for our needs. The kings arms opposite does a great plate of food and was really kid and dog friendly. We had a great stay and we’ll be back!

Very nice house to stay in … with everything a large group would need for a relaxing stay … the garden is lovely with wonderful view of the beach which is accessible about 50m up the road …there is ample parking .. the hosts are very friendly… good communication … would definitely recommend 👍🏻

A nice few days away with the family. Great location - central but peaceful. Easy walking distance to all amenities and the beach. Parking is a bit tight for a bigger car.

My family and I enjoyed a wonderful break away in this lovely seaside cottage. It was well equipped with plenty of space for us all, two teenage boys and our dog. We were only a 2 minute walk away from the sea and beautiful coastal views. Many other places to visit are only a short drive away. We spent some time in Cromer visiting the lifeboat and another day went on the North Norfolk steam railway. I recommend this as a great place to stay for a beautiful coastal and seaside holiday.

We loved staying at Rosehaven. The location was perfect for us and the accommodation offered was fantastic. Having nearly all the rooms with an en suite was such a treat, especially as they felt so luxurious with huge shower heads! The house was decorated to a high standard and couldn't have been more comfortable. The large open living space made our morning breakfasts perfect and the large island worked brilliantly as a puzzle space! The home had every kitchen utensil you could think of, had an abundance of plug sockets that were thoughtfully installed and the design of the kitchen was first class. We would happily stay again!!

I 100% recommend Simon’s place - it’s a real home from home. We had a great time and would love to return one day.

A beautiful, comfortable, spacious flat in a fantastically convenient location. You can sit at the window in the kitchen diner and watch the steam trains and see the sea. The High Street, beach, museum, children's playground and a large Tesco are all within a few minutes' walk. Hosts were responsive, friendly and helpful and we had a wonderful time. Depending on the make-up of your party, you might want to consider that the two bedrooms are separated by quite a long corridor and a few steps. This did not cause us any problem, but others might find it an issue.

From making our booking communication was excellent and Fran was very responsive. Clean instructions on how to check in and park were given which made check in stress free. On arrival we found ample parking for two cars and the apartment is absolutely beautiful, the photos do not do it justice. It contained everything we needed and was exceptionally clean and tidy. The location - even though on a quiet residential road is the perfect place as a base. The beach is a five minute walk as it the town centre. Great pubs and restaurants and so much to do. A great location for visiting the many local beaches and attractions that are within an hours drive. I would love to stay again and am already making plans.

This is the second time we have stayed at Emma’s. We chose to return when we wanted to go back to Cromer as it has everything we need and a great location. Emma was very respectful and did not disturb us but we knew she was about if we needed her. The place is always clean and we were left some welcome gifts, wine, biscuits and crisps plus some treats for our dogs, Thank you. We will definitely book again when we next want to visit Cromer 😊

Me and my wife stayed here for New Year’s Eve. We wanted. Change from the house party vibe, and stumbled across this lovely place. Annetta is a lovely host, very friendly and was happy to help if needed. We enjoyed the location, such a wonderful house surrounded by countryside. The jacuzzi was amazing! We looked at the stars while sipping champagne from our wedding a few months back. What more do you want! Would definitely recommend! Thanks for the hospitality Annetta! All the best Luke & Addie x

Loved the design choices gone into the flat. Despite the perfect central location really quiet bedroom. Also liked the shower and all the goodies ☺️. Will recommend the place to friends. Daniela
