We had a brilliant few days staying at Caitrionas place, highly recommend it to anyone looking to unwind. We made full use of the hot tub and sauna to relax in and with nearby beaches, lakes and waterfalls, you won't be stuck for nature. A cool little outdoor kitchen with BBQ and a Pizza Oven meant we could cook out each evening (with an awning for the rain!) We brought our dog with us and he got on great with the resident madras, we had a hard time getting him to leave. Anyone looking for a somewhere to chill out for a few days, I can't recommend this enough. A great taste of 'real Ireland' with plenty to do nearby.

Fabulous stay at Mountain Studios. Lliwen called to let us know the cottage was ready earlier than we expected which was so kind and allowed us to have just a little longer than we thought in the idyllic surroundings.

Paul and Emma were very helpful. We have a dog who is very nervous of people and other dogs, Paul pit our minds right at ease by sending us more photos of the house to make sure our dog was safe in the garden. They had no problems with the dog and were very empathetic and helpful towards us. The house is stunning, the photos do not do it justice. The garden with the little orchid out the back is a perfect place for dog or little ones to play and tire themselves out 😂 and of course the hot tub is amazing, especially to sit out and watch the stars. All in all the house, garden and host are a 10 out of 10 and we will definitely be returning asap! If anyone is wanting a cozy getaway with a spacious area and hot tub as well as amazing host, then this is perfect for you! ❤️

Rosie and Phil were fabulous hosts. They were nearby and helpful throughout our stay. The accommodation was very clean, and the beds and furniture were comfortable. We are lucky to have stayed in a lot of great spots in the EU and UK, and Rosie's place was one of the best! It's a great balance of remote and private, but Beddgelert is just minutes south, offering nice hikes, bars, and a few shops. The Cwellyn Arms to the north is also a great choice for interesting eats. Snowdownia is really right in your backyard. The hot tub was great (with a view!) and we enjoyed coming back at the end of the day to see the spring lambs cavorting in the yard. EASILY accessible to Betws-y-coed to the east, and Caernarfon to the north are all an easy drive. Our only regret was the short (3-night) stay. We'll return!

We stayed for a weekend and had the loveliest time. The cottage was gorgeous and the view was stunning! The hot tub was easy to figure out and it was the perfect size for two. The local area was very quiet and we were surrounded by nature. We will definitely be coming back!

A gorgeous weekend spent with friends in the Old Potting Shed. What a beautiful home, very well equipped and stunning surroundings. James popped round to say hello and gave us some recommendations of walks and places to eat over the weekend! Hopefully we will return one day! :)

The most gorgeous stay - homey feel and spotless. Host had thought of everything to accommodate us all. The space was cosy and spotless - the inside had a homey feel with lovely large comfy sofa in front of the fire. The kitchen was spacious and had everything we needed. Our favourite part was the outside space with hot tub and pizza oven which made it really special. Would definitely stay again - thank you for having us ✨✨✨✨✨

Lovely little house extremely quiet location it had everything you wanted made the stay so relaxing couldn’t wish for a nicer charming weekend away. Wish we had booked it for longer highly recommend it to anyone will definitely go there again

A beautiful cottage in the perfect location. 20-30 mins from every major place you could want to go. Cosy and homely with a lovely sunny garden. Private and secure, a real Norfolk countryside stay! We loved our stay, everything we needed was provided and Scott gave us all the information we needed to allow easy check in. We can’t wait to come back again, hopefully for longer next time. This was my second time staying at Norton Court Farm and it was just as wonderful as the first. The cottage was cozy, spotlessly clean and appointed with many thoughtful amenities that make it feel like a home away from home. The kitchen was fully equipped making it easy to cook meals and the host was very welcoming and offered some lovely local recommendations. Thank you so much for hosting us! :)

Church Cottage is absolutely beautiful both from the outside, with a wonderful, sunny garden, and the inside, which is beautifully furnished and comfortable. There is a huge amount of space with the two sitting rooms, dining room and 4 bedrooms, and the whole place is extremely well equipped. There is even a second fridge, as well as a freezer, washing machine, dryer and microwave. We had a wonderful time sitting in the "snug" in the mornings before moving onto the sunny patio, and getting comfy in front of the fire in the living room in the evenings. It's a short walk to the coastal path and to the seal trips at the quay, and an easy drive to restaurants and pub in Wells or Blakeney. Sadly, the Anchor pub right by the cottage seems to have closed down. The steam train from Holt was also a fun thing to do. We can all thoroughly recommend this beatiful cottage. Louise sent really clear instructions about how to find it and was super helpful in all her communications. A great host!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Emma's place. The secure garden was great for our dog to roam whilst we relaxed in the hot tub at the end of the day following plenty of walking around the Lakes. The cottage itself has loads of character but everything you need for your stay. We were fortunate to have the weather to make use of the gas BBQ. Emma was very welcoming and chilled with the fact we had a good run up and arrived half an hour before check-in time. Nothing was too much trouble and the fresh eggs were delicious! The cottage is just a 10 minute drive from Windermere, (20 minutes to Ambleside, 30 minutes to Grizedale forest), so whilst it's not in the throng of all us tourists, we benefited from the peace and quiet when we wanted it, but nothing was too far away. We'd also highly recommend the fish and chip shop in Staveley, just a 4 minute drive down the road. Hopefully we'll be back!

Great cottage with a large green in front and extremely close to the beach – both great for walking the dog. The cottage is very well equipped, we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Amble, although a working harbour has great cafés, restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend the old boathouse restaurant. We also hit lucky with the weather. Perfect in every way - thanks ever so much 🤩

We stayed at Joanna’s for a wedding down the road. It was the perfect place to stay! Lovely surroundings, gorgeous interior and a very comfy bed. Would highly recommend!

First of all, the property is gorgeous - it's in the countryside and we loved waking up and walking out back to that gorgeous view. There are walking paths nearby, a fantastic park right across the street, and having the horses literally next door was a great attraction. The apartment is small and cozy, but the kitchen has everything you need and the beds were quite comfy. Also, the hosts were very responsive with anything we needed and when we had an issue with the internet, not only were they quick to fix it, they refunded us half of the cost for the time we were without connectivity. I would definitely recommend this place and will for sure stay again next time we come to visit family in the area.

The Cottage is peaceful, relaxing and very well appointed. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and hope to return.

Diese Unterkunft ist rundum perfekt. Check-In war dank Schlüsselbox unkompliziert. Der Weg zur Unterkunft ist holprig, jedoch gut zu meistern. Die Lage ist wunderschön. Gemütlicher Garten mit Aussicht auf die Landschaft. Der Whirlpool ist ein absolutes Highlight (durchgehend beheizt - einfach auf machen und loslegen). Im Innenraum ist es sehr gemütlich. Für 4 Personen war ausreichend Platz. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Der Fernseher im Wohnzimmer bietet Streaming Möglichkeiten (Netflix und co.). Das Internet ist in Ordnung. Wenn alle 4 Personen gleichzeitig drin waren, hat es gelegentlich gehakt. Um einen Film zu streamen reicht es aber allemal. Das nahegelegene Dorf Tomintoul bietet einen kleinen Laden für die nötigsten Einkäufe und einige Speiselokale. Ich kann diese Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

The Cottage is situated in a stunning landscape and has several nearby accessible beaches as well as being very close to the town of Cahircaveen. The Cottage is very clean and warm with a great shower, a comfortable master bed and good wifi.

My son & I had a fantastic stay at the cottage. Very comfortable and cosy, with a very well equipped kitchen, beds that made for a restful nights sleep, sizeable bathroom with a good shower and plenty of outdoor space. Ideally placed for exploring Plymouth, and wider afield in Cornwall and Devon.. Jane is a great host, very quick to respond and would have no hesitation coming back for another stay.

Peaceful rural location with lots of walks both from the doorstep and more within 5-10 minute drive away. Would definitely stay again
