There is a full kitchen, bathroom, washer and dryer, and a patio to relax on. We have a family of deer that live on the property, and during the summer you will see some of the babies walking around. We are a few minutes from Sargents Bay Provincial Park and about a 5 minute drive to Coopers Green.

Modernized in 2020 with full bathroom and kitchenette, it’s a vast change from when my Grandfather built it for shelter from the harsh prairie winters.
