This was our second time staying in this adorable place and again it was perfect. Plenty of beds for our family group, very cozy and relaxing vibe to the decorating, and walkable to the Main Street shops and restaurants. Thank you for a great stay!

We had a delightful family holiday at George's place in beautiful downtown Newport. Perfect location, lovely airy rooms on two spacious floors, pretty much all we needed was provided, and George was attentive and helpful exactly as needed. Couldn't have asked for a more perfect setting for us to gather, cook, play games, head out to local interests together and alone, relax, enjoy. Thank you!

Leon and Debbie's place was great and as advertised. Check-in was easy and the home was very clean with all of the amenities outlined in the description. The host was quick to respond when the detergent ran out and provided assistance with the light bulb being out in the stairwell. The home was large and provided ample space (with some to spare) for our family of 7. Home is well situated and close to Easton beach and local restaurants in Midtown. This doesn't go against the house or the location, but wished we had came up during summer months instead :)

My family had a great weekend at Kristin’s house. I love this Beautiful, clean, well maintained property. The fire pit is great for marshmallow. We did not get to use the lovely pool because it got really cold at night. Bonus: filtered water from fridge, blinds + curtain, skylight in bathroom.

This is a wonderful place. The beach access can’t be beat and the area is quintessential New England Farm Coast - just beautiful. Nancy and her family are wonderful hosts for whatever is needed yet there is privacy if that is what is sought. The home has great outdoor space including a covered porch and all the amenities needed inside. The wifi and gas fireplace were really a bonus! I hope to come back!

I stayed in Shannon's beautiful townhouse for a bachelorette weekend with 7 other women. From the moment we arrived we felt right at home. Shannon was even kind enough to leave us a note and celebratory bottle of wine. The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed. We can't wait to come back in warmer weather to enjoy the amazing roof deck!

We loved our stay at Chris’s place. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the common areas are lovely and the atmosphere is homey. A nice coffee shop across the street and a short walk to shops on Thames street make the location very convenient. We used the kitchen which was adequately equipped.

it was exactly what we were looking for. Easy walk to center of town and waterfront. Also right around the corner from both venues we had to go to. Definitely look to book again when coming thru. Thank you Michele!!

We had a great stay at Ann’s. That afternoon we asked if we could get into the apartment an hour early because our son had surgery the day before. She responded right away and was receptive to our request. The apartment was clean and very nice. It is in a great location with many restaurants close by.

I love this location. Huge rooms. Comfortable king size bed . Quiet. Great views. You can walk to this little beach around the corner. The kitchen has everything you need. Pots, pans, dishes, coffee maker. I bring my own food and cook. The tv has cable but I didn't see how to get Netflix. Also there are two big bathrooms. They have a pool but I haven't used it since I go in April. Newport is a quick drive over the bridge (there is a $4 toll fee- if you have EZpass no big deal). Plenty fo shops and restaurants in Newport and of course the huge mansions from the 1890's. It's about $50 to go into two of them. Or the Breakers, the most famous one is $35pp. Check out Bellevue Ave, its fabulous. I also like to eat at the Red Parrot. There are plenty of local shops to browse, and the Wharf where you can walk along the water. Parking is free in the winter/early spring. Check the signs cause they do have metered parking. I can usually find something, and there are lots you can pay per hour.

Wonderful amenities and great location right on Thames Street. The included off street parking for two cars was great for our group coming from different locations. Would definitely stay again on a return trip! Thanks Ann!

We had a girls trip to celebrate my pregnancy. Chris and Ahnie’s home was the perfect place - extremely central and walkable to restaurants, Easton, coffee shops, etc. Parking during the off season was a breeze and we never had issues. The home was comfortable, clean, and met our expectations. One thing to take into account prior to booking is that one of the listed bedrooms is not private - others need to walk through it to get to the two other bedrooms on the third floor, but that wasn’t a problem for us.

Stayed here with 8 other family members & it was spacious enough for everyone. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms were clean, and the house gave a home like feel. Wish we could’ve stayed longer. James was also very responsive whenever we needed him

Frances was a generous and great host! She was super responsive and helpful in letting us know what was around to do for us and our pup. The house looked exactly like the pictures and was super home-y and felt private at the same time. Located in a great area where it was less than a 10 min drive to everything. I would def book again with her if I were to come back!

Very quaint and quiet spot to stay in Newport. Tucked away on a peaceful street, 10-15 min walk to Breakers and Cliff walk, super close to town. Lovely space, nicely furnished with all the amenities and Francie was wonderful. She was super communicative and helpful.

We had the best time at Gale’s place in Middletown. It was just a short drive to everything you would want to experience in Newport and the house itself provided everything you could need and more! Gale made check in and check out so easy. Great experience and an unbeatable price! We’re looking forward to visiting again!

We recently stayed at Ann's lovely townhouse while attending the Newport Jazz Festival, and we couldn't have been more pleased with our experience. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the location was wonderfully peaceful, ensuring we had restful nights. Ann thoughtfully provided plenty of towels and a generous array of self-care items including toilet paper, soap, hair products, and face wipes, which was greatly appreciated. Ann is an absolutely adorable host. She went above and beyond by leaving coffee, cold water, and soda for us, and in the morning, she surprised us with freshly baked blueberry cookies that were to die for! Her attention to detail in creating a welcoming and comfortable environment was evident in every aspect of our stay. We were also grateful for the late check-out option she offered, which allowed us to enjoy a leisurely brunch in such a beautiful place. We absolutely plan to repeat our stay here in the future. Highly recommend!
