Great stay! Exactly as described and right in the middle of everything. Parking was a huge plus - and Jeff let us park early and offered us the spot after check out if we needed it. Very responsive - checked in on us to make sure we were set. Excellent spot - would recommend!

I grew up in Warren RI so I’m very familiar with this small town. The town has a lot of character, with an artsy vibe. Warren is very walkable. The East Bay Bike path is just down the road from Vlad’s place which is perfect; I enjoy starting my day walking, biking, etc... Like me, Warren has grown up, there are some fabulous restaurants, some new and some old. Honestly, I visit Crossroads Pub every time I’m back in town, I used to go there as a “kid”. If you like beer, walk to the Guild Brewing Company, right on the water, not five minutes away. If you want to head out of the area, it’s only about forty minutes to Newport or Providence. Vlad’s place is in a great location to venture out from and a comfortable place to come back to at the end of the day. I enjoyed my stay, Vlad was a great host and will return some day.

Jay has a very unique and cool spot. Highly recommend to anyone who'd like to explore Newport. Barley had to use a car while visiting because of the great location. Had a very good time.

Such an amazing location! Walking distance to downtown Warren which is full of wonderful spots to eat and shops to check out. The apartment was cozy and perfect for 2 adults and 2 well behaved dogs. Bobby was wonderful. Super friendly, flexible when plans and dates changed, and an animal-lover which is a plus in our book! =) We will absolutely stay again next time we're in the area.

Fantastic cozy, clean apartment for our overnight in Newport. A couple of things were missing (no microwave, pots & pans, or toaster) but we got the impression that it was all very new, so perhaps those things are coming. Sue‘s was a very responsive host, and the place was very tastefully decorated, with a lovely shower and other amenities. Would definitely book again.

Wonderful stay at Jaynes beautiful home. Description and photos were accurate and the home provided all the essentials we needed. House was clean and beds we’re comfortable. Upstairs tenants were so friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay there again.

The historic apartment is very well cared for and beautiful. The beds were great. The apartment is extremely well decorated and clean. The bathroom and showers were immaculate. The kitchen was well appointed. I appreciate the coffee maker and filters. The street is narrow but there is off street parking next to the house. Simon was quick to respond to any questions.

We absolutely loved this home! There were 9 adults who stayed in the home for three nights and there was plenty of space for all of us! We spent most of our time out and about however the evenings we spent in the living room playing games and listening to music. There was ample space for us all to hang out and relax! The hind itself is adorable, clean, and well maintained. We would absolutely stay in this home again in the future!

Stayed in this house for a long weekend and it was wonderful! It’s a very comfortable house with ample bathrooms and a perfect location. It’s easy to get into town and very close to shopping and restaurants. The kitchen is stocked with everything you will need, the beds are comfortable and clean, the entire house was very spotless. If you’re looking for a nice getaway in Newport, this house will be good to you!

This was the perfect place for three friends who write and workshop together online to gather in person. The main room of the house is filled with light and what I didn't realize from the listing is the beautiful view from the living/dining room down to the river. The kitchen is well supplied and every room was very clean and uncluttered. The three bedrooms on the first floor are all very nice, with good beds and pillows (one is slightly larger with a king-sized bed), so we were able to decide on our rooms painlessly and none of us had to settle for an inferior room. The large dining table was perfect for spreading out our work as well as for dining, and one of us enjoyed having the furnished basement as her private work space. When we had a problem with hearing a beeping noise, which we initially thought might be a smoke detector battery that needed replacing, Bob was very responsive and helpful in figuring out the cause of the beeping from a motion detector. We plan to come again.

What a lovely retreat! Spacious and sunny getaway on the shores of a pond, this was the perfect location to relax and unwind for us. The house was sunny, with a lovely pond view. It was private and peaceful. Alyssa was incredibly responsive throughout the booking process and went above and beyond when I gave her a heads up about a tiny issue. Great process and thoughtful host. We were 20-30 minutes from our favorite activities in Newport and a few minutes' drive from yummy restaurants in Tiverton.

Lucy's home is beautiful and situated right by the water. Picturesque scenery. The home is very well maintained and the pictures accurately portray the home. I highly recommend this beautiful home. Lucy was also very proactive in ensuring our stay was fun and pleasant.

Con is a great host. The house was large and accommodated a big family.

Wonderful stay for our family, peaceful but great proximity to the cape and Boston. Tiverton had plenty to do on days we wanted to stay home. Macy has the house stocked with everything we needed and then some. We look forward to returning!

This was a family vacation get together and it was truly perfect. The house was very cozy and spacious for my family and has a great size deck for family grilling and hanging out. The location was exactly as described. It used to be close to the marina of Bristol and the cute town. My family enjoyed the walks, ice cream and local restaurants nearby. It was also not too far from Newport, which we took full advantage to go and come back at a timely matter. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with my family and I.

Kelly’s place was the perfect location for our weekend in Newport. Street parking was easy to find. The home is very comfortable and Kelly left us some nice treats and cold drinks I the refrigerator. Restaurants and shops are walking distance and a very nice bakery was just a block away for morning coffee and pastries. We highly recommend Kelly’s place!

We really enjoyed our stay! The place had a lot of character and charm, not to mention very clean. Trip and Christina were thoughtful hosts who went above and beyond with special touches like extra toiletries. The location was perfect—close to downtown and within walking distance of some great breakfast spots, which was ideal for morning walks with our dog. We'd definitely stay here again!

Wonderful place! Very attractive, super clean, very easy to get into, walk everywhere. The kitchen is so well stocked, coffee, spices all the things needed. Comfortable communal area and beds. It was really nice for 2 couples having 2BR and 2full BR upstairs. We hope to be back.Thank you Shannon for a great stay!

Awesome location, nice deck overlooking the water/marina. Able to walk to everything. We had unit 424 at the Wyndham Onshore property. I mention this because the owner has several different properties, he is very responsive so make sure you are looking at the correct property when booking.

We had a lovely stay at Charles’ place. The kitchen was well equipped, beds cozy and the hot tub so much fun. Charles’ place provided the perfect home away from home for my family. I loved being back in Bristol!! The house is centrally located to town which I also loved.

Condo is beautiful as is The view and location. Jennifer was quick to respond and a great host. Neighborhood is filled with great restaurants. Definitely going to stay there again in the future...
