My partner and I spent ten days in Carolyn's apartment and really loved it. The other reviews say it all - the space is quite ingeniously set up, so that even though it's a relatively small apartment, it has distinct spaces for working, sleeping, chilling etc. It was quiet, clean, and had everything we needed down to an umbrella. Perhaps most touchingly, it's been decorated and set up with a real sense of personality - the best kind of AirBnB. Thank you for having us Carolyn!

Lovely apartment right in the heart of the action, just off Chapel Street in Melbourne's most vibrant neighbourhood. Very convenient for tram routes to the city centre and Richmond. Very safe and secure. Excellent hostess.

I stayed for three nights and loved the place. Walking distance to all essentials- public transport, eateries, shopping. Easy check in, felt safe and secure. Will be back!

We had a very pleasant stay, close to many great eateries and as well as a well stocked kitchen. Would recommend for anyone travelling through Melbourne.

We really enjoyed our stay. We used it as a base to travel to Melbourne which we were able to do from South Geelong Station which was only about 10 minutes drive and had free parking at the station. Near the Loft was a general store, laundromat and restaurants within easy walking distance. It had the normal distant road noises but was fairly quiet location. Unless you like microwave food you cannot cook but we did grab pizza and other foods locally or while we were in Melbourne. As it was just my teen son and myself they made sure there was an extra mattress and bedding which was great. The room has adequate heating or cooling, but kept a nice ambient temperature. What was important for me was that we felt safe and the fact that our car had an off road, carport with roller door access, made it feel all the more secure. (There were no safety issues locally just a personal preference) Would definitely stay there again. Thank you 🙏🌼

One of the best bnb's I have stayed at ( I have stayed at many!) Just wanted to get away with my kids for a couple of days. We were all in one room but the kids' bunk had a privacy screen which was appreciated by all parties. Beds were ultra comfy and couches were also so relaxing and comfy. We were so grateful for use of the boogie boards for the kids & a comfy beach chair for myself. We made good use of the fully equipped kitchen and the garden. I appreciated the professional guest info. folder with everything we needed to know about our stay plus info on the area and what to do/where to go/and where to eat/get food. Sandy & Clive were so easy to contact & very responsive. So glad I took up the opportunity to experience the Virbrosaun. It was truly a highlight of my stay. A unique experience to truly zone out and chill. A great base to explore the Bellarine Peninsula. So homely and comfortable. I can't recommend highly enough!

Perfect location, close to MSAC where we had a son competing. Lots of restaurants and cafes close by, near to trams and the city and a couple of blocks from the supermarket. Well priced and clean. Kitchen was set up well. Beds were comfy and the linen was crisp and clean.

Great location with secure parking. The free tram meant we didn't have to move the car once parked and could enjoy exploring the city easily. Lots of food options and great coffee within walking distance was a plus. The pool was a big hit with the kids and was a very pleasant space to relax. Rendy was available for any questions and was a premium host! The loft had plenty of space for everyone. Thanks Rendy, you provide a wonderful home away from home!

Great location. Right between two tram lines and near a station for getting into the city, and in the heart of Brunswick. Cool, chic loft. Loved it and would stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at Anna’s place! She’s a kind and easy-going host who made everything super smooth. The loft was exactly as described – if not even better. Beautifully styled, well-equipped kitchen, and perfectly quiet facing the back. The location in St Kilda is fantastic – just a short walk to the beach and close to everything you need. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back next time we’re in Melbourne!

We absolutely loved our stay at Sol Docklands! The location is incredibly strategic — tucked in a quieter part of Melbourne but still so close to everything. It was the perfect base for our family to explore the city, with easy access to trams (in front of our building is free tram zone!), the waterfront, and great coffee spots nearby. The apartment itself was spotless, modern, and cozy. We especially appreciated the comfortable bedrooms (everyone slept so well!) and the super clean bathroom — a must when traveling with kids. The space felt fresh, bright, and well-designed. The check-in process was smooth, and everything was just as pictured — even better, really. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again on our next Melbourne trip!
