Fantastic house in a great location. Plenty of space for the family and the grandparents. Hot tub was incredible. Amazing hosts very helpful. The house is well equipped with everything you could need and more. Thanks for having us!

Stunning property and the location is just perfect for anyone looking for a quieter stay away from the centre. Everything was as described, the hot tub was perfect and Nikki herself was super helpful, friendly and communicative. Only stayed Friday till Sunday but plan on booking a full week next time!

We really enjoyed our stay In Cleveleys, the house is in a great spot, close to the beach and within reach of all of the amenities the town has to offer.

What can we say other than what a great find….. well that’s just the start, Deborah was a lovely host, the place was beautiful, spotless and very conveniently located for the beach, town and other local amenities. On top of that we could take our dog……

Two night stay, during glorious weather, so we were able to make the most of the stunning location by the river. The house was spotless, with so many extras in the kitchen to make it home from home. Chris was in contact throughout our stay and was so helpful. The house is set over 3 floors. There are steps down to the ground floor(sun room) and the front of the house and then there are further steps down to the river. We travelled with an elderly parent with no mobility issues and they were doable. We hope to visit again in the future. Thanks Chris.

The annexe was an amazing little home, just what we were looking for. Gavin +Phillipa were lovely hosts, a perfect break for us and our pup, the beach was brilliant and dog friendly, a few really nice pubs/restaurants, complete chill out weekend

We had a lovely stay here for my sister’s bridal shower. We wanted a stunning location to have a couple of chilled relaxed days before the big day, so this was perfect. From the cinema room, to the hot tub, the huge living room and lovely spacious bedrooms we had a fab time. Laura and Richard were so lovely and welcoming and couldn’t have been more forthcoming with communication and support. Would definitely recommend and I’m sure we’ll be back!

Dawn is a great host. She responded to all my questions very quickly. The caravan was exactly as described and the location is perfect - only a few minutes walk to the beach. We weren't able to access the beach due sea defence work taking place but it is accessible if you walk 10-15 minutes further along. There is a wide path following the coastline for pedestrians and cyclists.

Absolutely amazing, Daniel was so kind and worked around what we requested and needed. It was our friends birthday and he’d even got us a cake and some fudge!! Caravan site was absolutely incredible and we loved every moment of our stay :)

Lovely and clean caravan , everything you need inside , friendly host .plenty to do on site for kids and where the caravan is situated was quiet but near to shops and bars

We had lovely holiday at this beautiful caravan. My children were not bored, lots of entertainment for different ages. The apartment has everything you need, there is a store on the territory of the park, and the nearest store is two bus stops away. The pool is located nearby, it has water slides, which children from 6 to 13 liked. We would love to stay here again. We thank the owner of the caravan.

We had a brilliant stay at the caravan. Detailed instructions on how to check in and easy to find on the site. When we got inside the caravan we were so impressed with how modern it was and also how well equipped the caravan was, even the little things like washing up liquid, salt & pepper & oil that usually we have to take with us when staying in other caravans. The place was so clean and homely. The caravan is situated close to the main part of the site but also lovely and quiet. I would highly recommend this caravan and the hosts were so attentive, checking that everything was okay with us when we there. Thank you so much!

This is the second time we have stayed at Marie's place and it is just as lovely as we remembered. It is in a good location, walking distance to pubs / restaurants and not far from the golf course we were there to play. The decor and outlook are stunning and it is very peaceful. Having a bath as well as a shower suited us this stay too. The only thing that disappointed was that it wasn't available for another night. I hope we can stay there again next year.

Amanda is a wonderful, kind host who always answered any questions I had. She even gave me very clear directions to the taxi right by the train station! My stay there was just as restful and peaceful as I’d hoped and right near a beautiful beach to go to red walks at. Loved every moment and hope to be back soon!

my stay at The Loft was wonderful, Cathy was a superb hostess and so very kind and considerate, the breakfasts which came up in the lift every morning were absolutely delicious. The place was spotless andvthe bed so comfortable. Cathy was a fantastic hostess and so very welcoming, nothing was too much trouble and she made my stay a wonderful experience.

We’ve had an absolutely fantastic weekend in Liverpool – both because LFC secured their 20th league title and because we stayed in a lovely apartment. Our host, Kunle, welcomed us and gave us a tour of the place. We truly enjoyed the apartment, which is on the 14th floor and offers a stunning view of the docks and the river. The beds were comfortable, everything was clean and tidy, and the host was quick to respond to any questions. It was also a big plus that there was a grocery store nearby, with fresh baked goods available even on Sunday! We can wholeheartedly recommend Kunle’s apartment.

It appears that we didn’t actually stay in the advertised apartment - we stayed in the one above which I have a feeling was actually bigger as over 2 floors - amazing views of the Mersey and the prom was fabulous for walking. Norma - who met us was so helpful. Only negatives were very minor - public transport to Liverpool involves quite a walk - not a particular issue for us however. Could have done with an instruction manual especially for TV and for the fancy showers- however excellent value for money and would definitely recommend

Fantastic 2 bed apartment. Perfect location- a stones throw away from the beach, situated next to the station for easy travel and easy access to a ferry which will take you over to Liverpool. So whether you want a chilled out coastal stay, or a a city break but not dead in the center it is the best for both. Brilliant communication and recommendations from Liam. 5 gold stars! Our boys (5 & 4y) didn't want to leave. We loved the location and will likely be back. We know where we will be stopping when we do!! Thank you!

Great place for a large family or group of friends. Perfect for what we wanted it for - a casual hang with friends for my partner's 30th! The house is a little run down in places but it was absolutely what we wanted and Jen was very responsive over message!

As always a lovely stay. The apartment is a perfect base for exploring Wales,the immediate surroundings and access to the coastal path for running and walking is excellent.The local village is friendly and pretty,and a great gateway to visiting the rest of north Wales Amanda as always is helpful and welcoming and the apartment is comfortable,well equipped and spotless. Highly recommended.
