This beautiful stone hut perched on a remote bush creek bank is a pleasant place to relax, unwind and commit to that technology detox you have always threatened yourself/partner with. The artfully rustic interior furnishings whisk you back to a bygone era as you share a romantic getaway with not a soul in cooee. This cosy retreat features no AC power outlets, no mobile service and no internal plumbing. That said facilities do include flushing toilet, Gas BBQ, potbelly, camp shower & tank water.

Colkerri Country Cabin

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Brand new including furnishings, available for for long term or short accommodation with paddock room. Fully self-contained, nestled on a shared 3 acres, 13 kms from Dalby. We have precious filtered rain water hence the reason for a unique composting toilet/dunny (small chemical dunny for inside during bad weather conditions). Nothing to do except cuddle a fluffy chook, feed a horse a carrot, or pull up a stump with a drink by the firepit!

Art's hut is a 1930's couples retreat nestled amongst a country garden and Glendale homestead. The hut is the foundation building of a family working cattle stud "Graneta". This cottage has peaceful country charm, well situated at the foothills of the Bunya Mountains and only 4kms from the quaint town of Bell which has plenty to see and do. Only 33kms drive to the heritage-listed Jimbour house and the beautiful Bunya Mountains which is a lovely drive with spectacular views and great walks.

The Farmhouse -Taabinga Station

The Farmhouse on historic Taabinga Station is a spacious, peaceful and fabulously equipped space. Designed to accomodate groups of friends or family it has lots of room for everyone. Enjoy the evening birdsong and watch kangaroos jumping across your view of the picturesque dam as you light the BBQ on the covered verandah , while drinking a glass of Taabinga Station wine. Taabinga Station was first selected in 1844 and still maintains its unique character buildings, gardens and history.

Rainforest Views is a well appointed, comfortable chalet on a gently sloping block centrally located in the majestic Bunya Mountains. The national park, the secold oldest in Qld, features kilometres of walking tracks, towering bunya pines, ancient red cedar lush rainforest and abundant bird and other wildlife including wallabies, possums,bandicoots and echidnas. The perfect place to relax and connect with nature or cozy up in front of the fireplace with a good book.,

Bunya Loft - country hospitality

Welcome to our Loft. Nestled into the side of one of the highest points on the Bunya Mountains, Queensland, and centrally located in peaceful surrounds makes it the perfect place for a relaxing break. The Bunyas is always about 6 degrees cooler than the surrounding area. Nature abounds with friendly wallabies, possums, bandicoots, echidnas, and the colourful king parrots and crimson rosellas are amongst the abundant birdlife.

The recently renovated (2014) King Single Room accommodation features a king single bed, ensuite, kitchenette, workstation, TV, broadband and WiFi access, split air-conditioning, robe and premium linen. From mid-October to mid-January, my fully furnished 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom rural cottage will be available for a 2–3 tenancy. The home is ideal for people working in the area (FIFO or local roles) but may also suit retirees or visiting family members. Rent includes a fortnightly clean, and the property is move-in ready – just bring your personal items and settle in.
