A pochi passi dall'ospedale e circondato dalle comodità. Accogliente, raccolto e completo di tutto. Un cucina piccola ma attrezzata: piano cottura, forno, microonde, frigorifero con congelatore, bollitore e macchina del caffè. Uno spazioso ambiente giorno notte con un comodo letto matrimoniale ed un divano a due posti. Smart TV, e lavatrice. Bagno con box doccia, wc e lavabo. Al secondo ed ultimo piano di una piccola palazzina, senza ascensore. Pratico self check-in con cassetta per le chiavi.

La nostra piccola casetta si presenta come un confortevole e grazioso monolocale di 45 m2 con angolo cucina attrezzata, divano letto con il materasso in memory di misura king size, un locale sauna finlandese (si chiede un compenso extra) rivestito completamente con legno di tiglio e riscaldato con la stufa a legna (come nelle vere e autentiche saune finlandesi ), bagno con box doccia e il secchio per la cascata dell'acqua fresca. All'esterno ampio spazio verde con piscina , tettoia e barbecue.

The guesthouse is situated up upon a hill inside a 8,000 m2 private park full of Azaleas, Rhododendrons, and huge Chestnut Trees an easy 15 min. drive from either Arona or Stresa. Lakeside beaches, excellent restaurants and shopping facilities are within the close vicinity by car. A huge natural reserve with peaks offering panoramic views of lakes and alps can be reached in a few minutes on foot. The guesthouse's 60 m2 ground-floor apartment has an arcade covered patio and its own gardens.
