You’ll love my place because of spacious and well equipped accommodation, relaxed "home away from home" comfortable ambiance, lovely cottage garden, good value for money, heating, air conditioning, wood fire, full laundry facilities including washing machine and dryer, large lock up garage excellent for mountain bikes, child and pet friendly accommodation. Spoil yourself! Completely restored 1950's cottage on historic York Cove. Water views from every living area. Easy walk along foreshore to restaurants, coffee shops and town centre. George Town is a gateway to picturesque Low Head featuring 1860's Pilot Station with coffee shop, Museum, Light house and Penguin Walk. East Beach is simply beautiful. The Wine Trail includes some of the best Tasmanian wines including Piper's Brook and Jantz. There's plenty to do and we're delighted to guide you.

Derby Base @ Derby

Derby Base is an ideal cottage for a MTB escape. Set in a quiet location off the main road yet just a short walk (or pedal) to the trailhead, pub, cafes and restaurants. This original miners cottage has been tastefully renovated to include the modern conveniences you’d expect while retaining its original charm and with 3 private bedrooms it’s perfect for a family or group of riders. The home is set on a large corner block with plenty of parking along with onsite bike storage facilities.

Wylah Cottage, Deloraine, Secluded Bush Retreat

Nestling in a forest of Peppermint Gums is Wylah Cottage, so named after the Aboriginal word for the Yellow Tailed, Black Cockatoo, which is regularly seen and heard around the property. A secluded, self contained, bush retreat, located close to all the good things Tasmania has to offer. On 55 acres of bushland, teeming with wildlife, yet only 7kms from Deloraine – on the way to Cradle Mountain, and 45 minutes to either the Devonport Ferry, or Launceston Airport.

Escape and Relax on the banks of the Tamar!

Get lost on the banks of the Tamar river. With 180 degree views of the river, a cozy lounge with wood heater and everything you could possibly need for a relaxing and restorative stay. Relax on the deck, explore the river bank and have a fish off the jetty or even a swim (shoes on and check the tide) Deviot is 30 minutes from Launceston city, close to many boutique wineries. But when you are relaxing in your chalet you'll feel million miles from anywhere.

Absolute beach frontage. “Elddaw” at Greens Beach.

"Elddaw". A two bedroom workman's cottage built in 1970 backing onto the water. Shoal Bay just 20 meters from the door and Greens Beach just 10 minutes walk away along National Park Coastal track or along sealed road. One double bed in each room, two bathrooms laundry, kitchen with dishwasher, living room with TV, DVD, Wifi. Reverse cycle air-con in main area and electric oil heaters in each room.Tank water. Plenty of yard space and car parks.

Kersbrook Cottage near Derby

Our newly-renovated cottage is located half way between Derby and Weldborough, about a ten minute drive to both destinations. The property is peaceful and quiet , surrounded by hilly pastures and direct access to a fully fenced native forest with a few MTB trails for a short ride (Kersbrook Stash) and other areas for walks. It is great for couples, MTB riders and specially families because Minishredders Babysitting Service is just next door.

This 100 year old stone and timber cottage is the perfect place to relax and unwind. Hidden away in the Tasmanian bush, you'll never want to leave. The generous living room has beautiful bush and lake views and a cozy wood fire. The antique bath in the open air bath house is the perfect place for stargazing. Feed the friendly chooks and ducks and feast on their fresh laid eggs.
