Upstairs you’ll find 1 bedroom with en suite bathroom and 2 bedrooms that share the master bathroom (Jack and Jill style). Hopeland Farm is a 100 acre working farm just 10-15 min from downtown Lititz.

We are located in the country along the Hammer Creek about 3 miles northeast of the charming town of Lititz and are approximately 30 minutes from the major Lancaster County attractions. This is a beautiful family friendly home with a private entrance which nicely accommodates four people. The entire apartment is approximately 1100 square feet. The property consists of a large outdoor area by a pond and creek with a picnic area that you are welcome to use. WiFi and a smart TV are provided.

Greystone House

Our goal was to create a cozy and quiet place to relax in or as a home base for checking out the area. Most of Lancaster Co. is less than a 30 min. drive away. A cafe, pizza shop and ice cream shop (the best!) are about 1/2 mile away. Many more are close by in the town of Ephrata or just a few miles farther in the town of Lititz-home of Wilbur chocolate. You will have your own space in our home, but separated by a locked door.

Our suites have airy 10ft ceilings, we’ve kept things cozy with overstuffed chairs and sofa, and a gas fireplace and flat screen TV in our living room. This house has a full size kitchen, stocked with all the items you need! Two bedrooms each with their own TV and bathroom, will make your stay extra comfortable.
