Loved our stay. Perfect location for easy access to beaches, restaurants, stores, whatever you really need to get to. Our kids had a blast in the large pool. Alex was great with communication with any questions we had. We will definitely look at staying again in the future.

Great space and great location for exploring the Fort Lauderdale area !

We had a wonderful stay at this clean and cute home/duplex in Lauderdale-by-the-Sea! We were 2 families (7 people) but we had plenty of room with the 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths. We loved the beautiful, quiet neighborhood, with easy 5-10 min walks to the great beach, lovely downtown area, and even a Publix and Dunkin Donuts a few blocks away. We took advantage of the little, local "Circuit" electric vehicle ($2/ride) for transportation when we were feeling a little lazy :-) We also loved the little amenities such as bikes, putting green, beach toys, and corn hole game. Many thanks to Robert the host for being very responsive and helpful!

We loved this place! The easiest way to sum it up is that halfway through our stay we already booked it again for next year! It’s literally seconds from the beach on foot and minutes from many restaurants. We cannot wait to return.

It was a short stay, but we really enjoyed it! The apartments are super cute and it's a great idea to have them divided up the way they were, each of the four units having two bedrooms. We aren't in this area often, but we would definitely stay here again. The Atomic team is very responsive and communicated everything well.

Terrence and his wife are great hosts. This was my 2nd time staying there and I will book his place again, they make you feel right at home. I likemany things about their place including the peacefull neighborhood. I highly recommend the hosts and their house.

The hosts were very hospitable. The place looked like the photos and my family were able to feel right at home. We were in town for my grandmother funeral and the space was very accommodating for a large group of family. The location is near many restaurants and grocery stores. The driveway is on the side of the house through the ally, that was the only part that we weren’t super clear on but even that wasn’t bad. We had a small incident with one of our guest during the stay and the host was very thoughtful and that was truly appreciated. I’d definitely recommend for large friends or families. Just remember it’s only limited parking. Everything else, 10/10!

We have stayed at this building twice before with other hosts and nothing compares to you guys . Since we opened the door you could smell and see clean . You know when a house is very good clean deep clean last longer ? Well this place stay clean for the week even with two kids. You guys should be proud of your cleaning team. Was this more expensive than the other ones we have stayed ? Yes . But worth every penny. We will stay with you guys again soon .

The photos were accurate and the place was accurately described. I agree with the one reviewer that said somethings could use attention, coffee table was old with ring stains and the small area rug has stains but it is a rental. The coffee maker was useless. The elevators were a nightmare during check in and check out, long with time. BUT, overall, the place was very nice and I would recommend staying there.

Unterkunft in Top Lage zum Strand und Ocean Drive. Alles was man braucht ist in der Nähe. Gerne wieder.

I was very impressed by this condo! Very clean, very spacious, and the views were phenomenal! It's also centrally located with easy access to the freeway, the airport, Miami Beach, Little Havana as well as tons of great restaurants and bars in the surrounding area. Kat was wonderful and very attentive. Overall, highly recommended!

The condo was nice and clean and as described.. Great location downtown Miami, rooftop heated infinite pool and tulum restaurant on the 15th floor. Self parking was $15 daily and a block away. There four 5* star restaurant within walking distance.

Location was great. And the apartment was lovely and clean. Plenty to do within walking distance. Gustavo was our contact point for our stay, and he was brilliant. Really helpful and great to deal with! Would definitely recommend this as an Airbnb!

Overall had a great experience! The host was incredibly responsive and made sure any request I had was addressed promptly, which really added to the comfort of my stay. The accommodations themselves were exceptional, clean, stylish, and well-maintained. However, there were a few things to keep in mind. During peak hours, the elevators were a bit of a headache, with only one or two functioning and long wait times. If you’re driving, be prepared for heavy traffic in the area and delays due to the nearby bridge frequently going up. Also, while the spa is a nice amenity, I found some of the attendants to be less than welcoming, which took away from the relaxing atmosphere. That said, despite those few issues, I genuinely enjoyed my stay and appreciated the attentive hosting.

Amazing customer service from Host and concierge. Location is amazing super close to everywhere we needed to be. Smallest thing and not really a complaint just have had other Airbnb provide us with extra toiletries, had to purchase more paper towel and toilet paper and trash bags but they had a mini store in the lobby so was easy to get more. Will definitely be coming back

All around great host and great property as well. In a world where people don’t feel the little things matter, Carmen made sure they do. Went out of her way to make sure her place felt like home to me. I’ve had my share of bad experiences w Airbnb’s. Carmen exceeded expectations. First i wanna say any bad reviews you see just know that they are lying because this place is stunning check in was very easy and simple and had a sweet gift of bottle of wine from the host and it was needed after traveling if you want the real miami vibes this is the place for you the area is downtown less then 25 min from the airport and the shuttle is close by even the bridge to go to south beach is close so it won’t take long but the building has amazing pools yes i said pools The cafe when you first pull in it’s great lil pick me up in the morning before going out and enjoying the town
