The Wren House: Close to Lake

The Wren House is within walking distance of local lakeside attractions such as PM Park; the Tiki Bar; and the Ritz beach, shelter house and boat ramp (lake access that's much less crowded than city and state beach). Its only a 3 minute drive to Clear Lake State Park's trails, beach and picnic areas and less than 10 minutes to get downtown to spend time at the seawall, city beach, restaurants, bars and shopping. The cottage is quaint but very comfortable and stocked with all the trip essentials

The dollar house

Renovated inside and out, no really. This wasn’t lip stick on a pig like my competition, this single family home has new plumbing, electrical, insulation, windows, roof, siding, and more. This well appointed house offers safety, comfort, and convenience. Located on a well-lit street w/ exterior cameras, it's within walking distance to parks, trails, pickleball courts, community pool, and bars and restaurants. A noteworthy perk: charge your electric car in the driveway with our 220v or 110v.

Grace Place - 4 bedrooms w/private comfort

Grace Place is close to the lake, the hospital, downtown, parks. You’ll love staying here because of the luxury casper mattresses, the beautiful woodwork, comfy furniture and lake views.. a home designed for your comfort. This listing is for the entire house. Each bedroom is also listed separately, this means if one of the rooms has been booked then this listing will be blocked for that entire stay. Cozy, boho chic, second-story private apartment located on Blue Earth's quaint Main Street. Conveniently located off of I-90 and Hwy 169. Within walking distance to grocery store, specialty shops, coffee/ice cream shop, parks, churches, and swimming pool. Private entrance, one bedroom, small bath, fully equipped kitchen, dining room, cozy living room with window overlooking Main Street. Please note there is potential for noise. Sleeps three adults comfortably. Perfect for a family of four.

Play area with toys and games for all ages. Also outdoor toys available in garage, along with several bicycles. Basement has Billiards table & Foosball table. Relax on deck which overlooks nature. Plenty of yard to enjoy outdoor activities. Definitely rural and quiet but only 7 miles off I-90.

Moose Haus Lodge

This barn refinished into a rustic cabin will give you the feeling that you are in the middle of the woods while having the convenience of being in town. Located just minutes from downtown Clear Lake, the historic Surf Ballroom, and City Beach, this is the perfect get-away spot! A large upper loft makes this a great option for families with kids or a peaceful adult retreat. Pets are family... so we are pet friendly, but do add a $25 dollar pet fee (per pet) for the duration of your stay.

The Coop

Once a real chicken coop still on gravel road. No TV or Wi Fi . Create a personal hot spot. VT marble countertops. Deck with ample shade. Pine trees. Mid century furnishings. Original art. English major books. Wild bird feeder! Pets welcome. FREE half dozen eggs for one night stays. Cold pressed honey from Tom's bees. Up the road from local award winning winery. Can be dusty because I do not dust every day. Hopeful, quiet, very simple. The Coop is not a sterile hotel room

Modestly decorated with eclectic treasures. Our guest suite is great for brewery, antique or local sports enthusiasts or a couples weekend or solo adventurers getaway. Coded access gives you the opportunity to come and go at your leisure. Located on the edge of Fairmont we are minutes away from Mayo Health, shopping, bars & a brewery, restaurants, parks, lakes and other great points of interest. *Quiet-End of the Road Suite..our nightly rate includes cleaning service fee.*

Sometimes life is just better at the lake; Papa's Place by the Lake is the perfect spot to indulge in the lake life, outdoor play, bonfires, boutique shopping, and historic landmarks. Clear Lake is not only known for its beautiful lake but its attractions, the famous Surf Ballroom, and up-town. Your vacation is our full-time job, and we would love to help you follow your calling and enjoy life at the lake.

City of Lakes Loft

Newly constructed studio apartment above our garage. Calm, cozy and sunny interior in a quiet neighborhood setting. We have only lived in Fairmont a short time and we love it! It has a "Hallmark" town feel. You may meet our Labradoodle in the backyard - she is very friendly and will want to say Hi. We look forward to hosting you in this city of 5 Lakes! Cleaning fee included in the nightly rate.

The New Denmark Park House

You and your guests will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home in a blue zone community. This home is located across from the New Denmark Park and Fountain Lake and is within walking distance to Katherine Island, a neighborhood cafe that is famous for its pancakes, a locally owned seasonal ice cream shop, public walking trail, fishing and more!

Baker's Corner

Baker's Corner is a historic farm 2 miles from downtown Clear Lake and the beach. The acreage sits amidst Iowa farmland but is only minutes from the tourist attractions of Clear Lake and the amenities of Mason City. This quiet, cozy, country home is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. We'll welcome you with a loaf of homemade bread and seasonal jam.
