Our newly-built, self-contained lodge in Norfolk is situated in a quiet rural hamlet not far from a country village with a pub, grocery store, butchers and coffee shop. A perfect opportunity to get away from it all, with beautiful views and a paddock area (also for guest use). 10 minute drive from Swaffham and Dereham (with access to supermarkets and shops), 30 minutes to Kings Lynn or Norwich, 40 minutes to the North Norfolk coast. We have a lock box available for self check-in if needed.

Peacock is a beautiful Shepherd Hut hidden in the quiet woods of historic Ketteringham Hall. A superb place to explore nearby Norwich & Norfolk. The Broads & Norfolk coast are close. The hut has a king size bed, wood burning stove and ensuite bathroom with shower. There is a lovely area surrounded by trees complete with picnic table, BBQ and firepit for 'relaxing. There are 38 acres of grounds to explore plus a large lake .The Orangery Tea Room is on site serving breakfast & teas.

Nestled in the trees with stunning views down into a hidden, valley. Binoculars are provided to enjoy the Barn Owls, Kites, deer, foxes, badgers, rabbits, hares and squirrels that inhabit the valley. The all wood lodges have been hand built by local craftsmen; the fixtures, fittings, and beds are made from a specific species of 'wanet edged' wood. A fully fitted kitchen, mood lighting and a wood burning stove complete the cabin-in-the-woods romance of these gorgeous luxury hideaways.

Willowfen Retreat is a single Luxury Shepherds Hut which is accessed by its own private gravel track. It sits in its own (dog/pet friendly) fenced garden away from the owners own property. Porky Hootons Pavilion is set deep within the North Norfolk countryside boasting a rustic charm within an idyllic setting, offering a cosy quirky feel. Rural walks are in abundance. Historic market towns are close by offering pubs, restaurants and shops. We offer a minimum 2 nights stay . Upon arrival you will be greeted by the owners who will show you around and give you general information on the area.

Gypsy caravan set in the heart of the norfolk countryside, on the paddock adjoining a popular traditional public house (good beer guide listed). Toilet facilities available onsite. The caravan is equipped for basic self catering and has a bbq and outside seating for 3. The hut is cosy and has a small double bunk on top with a single bunk underneath.
