We had the most amazing stay. The cottage was clean comfortable and the beds were comfortable. We had access to their beautiful garden. They kindy left us bread milk and everying we needed. We will definitely be hoing back .

Our stay was absolutely fantastic. The house had everything you could possibly need to stay there stress free. The place was spotless and beautiful. Great location with lots to do, we had a party of adults and a small child and we found activities to suit us all. Would highly recommend staying here!

Absolutely gorgeous house with a homely cosy vibe. We felt right at home and had everything we needed to make it a home from home. The host was friendly and very responsive and gave clear instructions how to gain access to the property. Just a short walk into the town which made eating out so easy and accessible - we felt sad to leave and would definitely book again!

Our 4th stay here and loved it once again! Perfect location to enjoy this incredible part of the country. House is great as always and Sophie was on hand to help when needed. Already booked to come back later this year!

A beautiful, spacious and quirky house. Many historic features kept in the renovations but nothing too precious so the children (aged 9-12) were able to play inside & out. The huge kitchen/dinner/lounge made a great family space to eat or chill out with plenty of furniture for all ten of us. We all enjoyed pottering about in the river behind the house in the little boat & Toby lent us a bigger boat & kayaks for a longer trip in a better part of the river. We toasted marshmallows over the fire pit, cooked pizza in the pizza oven & watched bats flying over the water in the evenings. Good beaches & a cinema are only half an hour drive away and the Emmaus charity shop & cafe (10min in the car, 45min walk) is well worth a visit. Good biscuits in the kitchen when we arrived was a nice touch.

Had a brilliant weekend stay. Walkable to the city centre and local pub. Quiet neighbourhood and wonderful place to come back to.

Had a lovely stay here over the bank holiday week. Was a perfect location to relax and go on dogs walks, there's a lovely local pub not 10 mins walk away with great food and chatty locals. Everything around was dog friendly which was great, particularly the local farm shops that are dotted all over. The home its self was well equipped, with beautiful views from the back garden to enjoy at all times of day. Hot tub is a nice touch to relax in after busy days of relaxing and walking the local fields. Found a beautiful bluebell walk nearby which was really something special. The perfect getaway location for those wanting to relax and spend time in nature.

With less than 10 hours to check-in, a host who'd we had booked with 12 months previous cancelled our booking. In desperation, I searched for alternative accommodation while trying to pack, communicate with fellow travellers and the host who let us down! To the rescue came Kelvin who unexpectedly responded within minutes and said hey no problem the place is yours for the weekend. An absolute gem both personally and the house itself. Easy access to beach, local shops, pub and restaurants and only 10 mins into Great Yarmouth. House very comfortable and well equipped. And the games room was a big hit with us all.

A cute little hideaway, tucked besides the main house with all amenities you would need for an overnight or short duration stay (self contained unit, with microwave, induction hob and utensils). Jemma was on hand to guide me to my room (The Pantry). Jemma was responsive with messages.

Good accommodation in a beautiful area, very quiet, perfect for a " getaway." Accommodation was very clean.

Beautiful setting, clean room - just what we needed for a brief stay during a wedding. Great communication and pretty setting, would recommend!

Thank you to Louis and Roy for creating Moat Island. We felt really lucky to stay. Magical place as if someone’s Imagination dreamt it up. When new guests arrived you could hear them making the amazed sounds we did. Excellent and social open kitchen, loved that. The tents are top quality, sturdy, warm, large and homely, dry as a bone. Bed so comfy. Private own patch of space. Around our tent was our own family fire pit and a table to eat at, a compost loo if we didn’t feel like heading to the very well made modern bathrooms on site. Kids liked the hammock and swing bench. The natural pool was incredible, could of sat on the deck all day looking at the scene, lovely to swim in. Peaceful, driveable to everything - we went to the Broads, Fritton Owl Sanctuary, the North Coast, Holt, Pensthorpe Nature Reserve and into Norwich. Could just stay on the campsite all day though, plenty to do. I didn’t want to leave, will be back!

Such a lovely stay at the Lily Pad. The hut was very clean and had everything we needed, even a marshmallow stick for the fire pit. There was plenty of wood and equipment to use for the fire which we lit 2 nights in a row to sit outside under the stars. The only thing to grumble at (and pulling at straws here)were the blinds on the windows, as soon as the sun was up the light shone through the edges of the blinds making it very bright. Overall a brilliant stay and would definitely return. Lovely welcoming hosts too.

I cannot thank the hosts enough for their hospitality. Questions were answered promptly, they were flexible , all you had to do was ask. The place was pristine and very well kept and I can't fault it in any way. If I am in the local area I wouldn't hesitate getting their accommodation again. I can't recommend them highly enough.

We couldn't imagine a more perfect place to have stayed. Comfortably fit our family of four & two dogs for our walking holiday. It has everything you need to feel at home & the hosts are super friendly. Our kids have already asked to stay again, we left four hours ago.

Me and my partner stayed for one night, we really enjoyed the scenery, and it was lovely and quiet. We booked mainly for the hot tub which we enjoyed but ended up enjoying chatting by the fire pit even more! The place was stunning, super clean and comfy. We loved the fairy lights that really added that extra touch to the place in the evening. Only thing we didn’t have was a lighter to light the fire pit, but the restaurant and bar managed to sort the issue out extremely quickly for us. We would definitely come back again.

A great place to stay- it's a beautifully renovated yet wonderfully original wagon, that's comfortable and well appointed for any retreat. We really enjoyed the garden space to be amongst the fruits and vegetables and Bertie the horse! Wish we could've stayed longer! Overall just the tranquility we wanted. Thanks to Julia for being great and accommodating host.

We really enjoyed our stay. The cabin is exactly as listed, clean, nice and warm with lots of space, but the surroundings are incredible theres much more than you can see from the pictures. Thanks for being great hosts.

We stayed at this lodge for just one night, and it absolutely exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. One of the highlights of our stay was an amazing game of pool—such a fun and relaxed vibe in the lounge area. The homemade pizza looked amazing with great reviews and the selection of alcohol was excellent—plenty of choices to suit every taste. Everything about this place felt thoughtful and well put together. We only wish we could have stayed longer! We would definitely come back and highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a cozy, enjoyable getaway.

Lovely cosy cabin that was just what we wanted for a chilled Easter break. The first evening we arrived we sat in the sun over looking the fields and saw hares and skylarks. Amazingly, we also had the company of a muntjak deer who walked within 10 meters of us. The accommodation was great and the area had looks to do and see. All round a great place to stay.

Such an incredible location! We had ponies for neighbours and ate dinner on the patio watching the sunset. It was a very peaceful place to stay. The farm is far enough from towns that there’s no traffic, no noise. But close to plenty of good places to eat. Their handbook had lots of local recommendations and notes on the many beaches nearby. This was a great base for exploring Norfolk. The cabin itself is compact and cleverly designed, the rooms have multifunctional spaces for resting, eating, and storage for luggage. Plus plenty of outdoor space. Although it’s close to the road, it felt like a private space as we saw hardly anyone.
