Ft. guest studio apartment located on the property and sleeps 12, 1 bathroom, washer/dryer, fully functional kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, stove/oven, and coffee maker. This outdoor paradise includes a Saltwater hot tub and pool with waterfalls, mermaids, an outdoor kitchen, a volleyball court, and a fishing pond.
