Sarah & Tommy upgraded our room which was lovely, very cosy clean and had everything we needed. We took our dog, most of the pubs were dog friendly so we took her out with us on New Year’s Eve. We visited Heaton court for a beautiful meal! Very relaxed and friendly people definitely stay again xxx

Hilary's home has been a wonderful choice for experiencing the beauty of Devon. It's nestled in a calm and serene location—perfect for a peaceful family getaway from the hustle and bustle of city life. Hilary is incredibly friendly and a fantastic host. She was very accommodating to our last-minute changes and made us feel truly welcome. House had everything for a quick breakfast as well. We would definitely come back.

This accommodation was really good. Very clean and had everything we needed. It is in a convenient spot for staying in Braunton and exploring the area. Local amenities good. Kirstin and her family were very welcoming. We would certainly stay at Sandy Toes again if we were ever in the area in the future.

Good location for exploring the areas beaches and plenty of walks from the house too. Lovely space, really nicely done and larger than I'd expected (plenty of room for a couple and dog)with comfy bed and amazing shower. Great to be able to make some simple food too. Sarah and Tommy were friendly and helpful hosts, and the room felt private and really comfortable. Thanks for having us. Overall a great stay

We loved this little room. The bathroom is outside the room but it is private, so we didn't mind. The kitchen is big, beautiful and well-equipped. I wouldn't recommend this place to someone who has trouble climbing steepish stairs, but we didn't have an issue with this. The room is lovely, but the roof is slanted above the bed, so you have to bend over to access it. This was a bit uncomfortable and I can imagine some guests finding it inconvenient, but for us it wasn't a big issue. When inside, we spent our time sitting on the floor playing games and cards, and there were some nice big bean bag chairs to use for this purpose. The location is great, Exeter town centre is about a 15-minute walk away, so we never had to use our car. One really convenient feature for us was the availability of an EV charger in the driveway. Peter charges less than the going rate in town, so we could charge up easily before we had to leave town. Overall, it was a really nice and comfy stay, I'd recommend!

Sally and Steve were lovely hosts and their beautiful place had everything you might need for your stay. They even treated us with fresh produce on arrival, which was very nice and thoughtful. The surrounding area is beautiful and we wish we had better weather to enjoy it even more. Thank you 😊

The Hermitage has a lovely long sub tropical garden to walk through to the door, at night the strings of lights makes it so pretty. The accommodation was pristine, and scones, jam and cream were delicious. The bed was extremely comfy . Ideally based for the moors or coast, hopefully we will be able to stay again Thank you TJ

We were greeted by Julie and Graham, and got a warm welcome from Max the family dog too. The property is beautiful, so cozy and inviting, Julie and Graham are the warmest of hosts, even supplied homemade cake....just perfect. If you're in the area I can highly recommend this cozy cottage.....just amazing.

Loved our stay with Jane & Steve. The space was immaculate and spacious. Fab location, only a 10-15min walk into the centre of Braunton and a short drive to Saunton & Woolacombe. The house has gorgeous views of the countryside. The guest house is decently private with a small secure patio and garden which was so helpful for the dog. Jane was extremely responsive and helpful. We loved our stay!

Steve’s caravan and the caravan park is a fantastic place to stay in. Using the outdoor furniture, the decking is a wonderful place to read to catch the sun! The kitchen has everything you need to cook decent meals. A convenient location to visit the amazing sights of Devon/Cornwall, a stand-out being 30 minutes drive from the stunning coastal walks by Bude. The caravan park itself has very friendly, welcoming people and a fantastic clubhouse. Would highly recommend Steve’s caravan!

Had a lovely stay at the Garden Studio West Down. Lin was very welcoming and nothing too much trouble. The studio was very nicely furnished and had everything you need for a short break. Situated in a quiet village a short walk from the local pub, serving great food and also very handy for visiting the north west Devon area. Would definitely stay here again

Gina’s place in Lee is just wonderful. A really restful spot with amazing walks from the door. We stayed for a few days and didn’t use our car once! The coastal walks are a total delight and the pub was fab too. Thank you!

Really nice stay! Great for our stopover on our way from Exeter to Lynmouth. Jean and Doug even left us some snacks (fruit, popcorn, biscuits) and oat milk in the fridge, which was thoughtful. Met Maggie and Pete (the greyhounds) in the morning which was also really nice. Thanks for having us!

we have just has a lovely 2 night's stay in a lovely air bnb. Very friendly hosts and we were greeted with 2 chocolate Lindt bunnies and tulips in there to welcome us which was a lovely gesture along with milk etc . the accommodation was spotless and just as it looked on the picture. we used it as a base 2 pop to Woolacombe, Ilfracombe and Croyde with recommendations for restaurants etc we went to the Duck dive for a lovely meal and SQ for a lovely breakfast and drinks one evening. We also went to the Thatch in Croyde which was lovely. I would highly recommend this place. Thank you Kerry and Mark x

Lovely stay for a few days of walking in the area. The apartment has everything one might need and the two bedrooms and bathrooms and kitchen are newly renovated and well cared for by the owners who live downstairs. Small touches such as milk and scones on arrival are very helpful.

Jacqui and Geoff were very friendly and welcoming. The apartment was light and very spacious. A lovely gift of bread, milk, cereal, butter and marmalade was waiting for us. Jacqui even offered to pick up some gluten-free items for me. The location was ideal, with just a 10min walk to the city centre and cathedral one way and about a 10min walk to the quayside the other way. Off street parking was a great addition, but quite steep! Would recommend this accommodation as a great base to walk around the city and has easy access to main roads for exploring further afield.

Our host Martha was super friendly and accommodating when we asked to leave our stuff way before check in time. The place itself was clean, homey and comfortable. The beds were so nice and a special shout out to the shower water pressure! Will definitely stay here again when we’re back in the area.

Lovely property and location. Spotlessly clean, very comfortable and well equipped with a responsive host. Wi-Fi strong and stable. Excellent accommodation all round.

We had a wonderful stay at Michelle and Simon’s place! The home was exactly as described: clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared with everything we needed. Check-in was smooth, and communication with the host was quick and helpful throughout our stay. We especially appreciated the little touches, like the prosecco in the fridge and the recommendations given for food and walks. The dart board was fun, views were amazing and loved the animals all great and small nearby. The neighborhood was quiet and convenient, making it easy to relax and explore. I’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Great place for what we needed, clean, loads of parking. Its about a 35min walk into the center of Exeter but that is clear when you are booking it.

Robert and Francesca’s place was picture perfect overlooking to farms. House is well equipped and beautifully decorated. Communication was great with quick response since booking. Robert was very welcoming and gave us a house tour. We really enjoyed ourselves and would love to come back again.
