This was my first trip to Toronto, and I’m so glad I chose to stay with Charles & Em. The apartment was clean, tidy, and looked exactly like the pictures—maybe even better in real life. Everything was smooth, simple, and just fantastic from start to finish. I felt at home right away and had the perfect balance between work and rest throughout the week. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The two bedrooms were spacious with cozy beds, and the 1.75 bathrooms made it really convenient for me and my spouse. The kitchen was fully equipped and perfect for cooking meals during our stay – having a dishwasher was a big plus. We also appreciated the in-unit washer and dryer, which came in handy for our longer visit. The living area was a nice spot to relax, and the TV had a good selection of channels for downtime. Overall, it felt like a home away from home. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-equipped apartment!💖

Hosts extremely accommodating and responsive! If you have a question or special request, they go above and beyond to satisfy! We requested an air matress and we got a brand new one to use. The theater room was so fun for the family to have a unique experience! Didn’t do much else in the immediate area, but did pop over to the store, pharmacy, and saw restaurants steps away. Did also take the beautiful walk along the water just outside. 20-30 min drive (if no traffic) to City Pass sites: aquarium, tower, castle, and Toronto zoo. Parking spot convenient (our mini van fit fine). But if tall SUV, it would be tight. Beds comfortable but on the firmer side. Overall, great place to stay and great family of hosts! Thanks to all!

One of the best things about this place is the host—Jas is always available and incredibly helpful. Everything looked exactly as shown in the Airbnb photos. We stayed for two months, and aside from a couple of occasional service and maintenance needs, everything was smooth and comfortable. Thank you, Jas!

Our Go To Place to stay in Burlington. Stephanie goes above and beyond in terms of responsiveness. Being so close to the GO TRAIN made commutes to Union Station a breeze. Will definitely be staying again.

Emily was an amazing host, responsive, friendly, and eager to help with any questions. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Amar's place! The house was incredibly clean and well-maintained, nicely decorated , the location was perfect for exploring the city. Walking distance to the local stores is definitely plus. Very quiet neighborhood. Amar was also a fantastic host, always quick to respond to my minor needs and I say minor because everything was on point. I definitely would book again

We had a wonderful stay at Nash's Airbnb during our trip to Canada! Our group consisted of 8 adults and one child, and the property was perfect for us. It was exactly as described—clean, spacious, and with plenty of room for everyone. The garden was absolutely amazing, and the facilities for children kept them entertained the entire time. Nash was an exceptional host. He was always easy to get in touch with and very responsive, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The check-in process was seamless and hassle-free. The property was well-equipped with everything we needed to get started and settle in comfortably. Unfortunately, my phone broke on our return and I lost all the photos and videos I had taken that showcased how great the property was. However, rest assured, it was just as described and we had an excellent experience. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and family-friendly stay! looking forward to our return!

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely consider booking a stay again in the future. Everything in the house was exactly as was described in the listing, complete with all the necessary amenities. It's located in a very peaceful and quiet neighborhood, which makes walking around quite enjoyable; but it's not too far from plazas in case you want to grab a bite to eat. Olivia was very proactive and responsive to my questions before and during my stay. She provided clear instructions so there was no confusion with checking in/out and with handling things in the house. It was great to have her as a host. I would highly recommend booking Olivia's place if you're looking for a nice and quiet home away from home.

Gorgeous contemporary home with super comfy beds, great bathrooms and amazing kitchen. Highlight was the automatic coffee/espresso machine that makes amazing specialty coffee drinks (there is a drip maker for ordinary coffee) and 2 fresh bags of coffee for our use. Loved the livingroom sofa for TV watching, parking was super easy, very walkable neighborhood and grocery/restaurants within just a few minutes walk or drive. Google does send you down the street and does not seem to know exactly where the house is, and digital keypad was a little tricky (press the checkmark key BEFORE putting in the code), but Steve was very responsive and helpful. We loved our stay and can't wait to come back.
