Camp Manatee is a magical estate situated on approximately 3 acres with over 650 feet of direct Santa Fe River frontage with a stilt home elevated over the ground by 30+ feet. This gives you an incredible vantage point of the expansive property from the home and wrap-around porches. The home is approximately 1,500 square feet with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms and sleeps (8) people comfortably. We offer complimentary kayaks for guests to use during their stay. We are only minutes from several springs as well as the Suwannee, Ichetucknee & Santa Fe rivers. Being as we are only a few feet away from a school and just off a major highway we are not pet friendly,

Guests have private access to an Ichetucknee tube/kayak launch, as well as the exit point and a private boat ramp. Only four miles to Ichetucknee Springs State Park, as well. Come visit us! 🏡💦🦌☀️

This pet-friendly, 2-bedroom retreat is nestled on 15 peaceful, wooded acres along the Santa Fe River; your perfect basecamp for tubing at Ichetucknee, diving at Ginnie Springs, and exploring Florida's spring country. Troy Spring, Manatee Springs, and O'Leno State Parks are all just a short drive away. Step off the wrap-around porch into pure nature: deer at dawn, stars at night, and tranquil quiet.

Papa Joe’s Lake House

Quiet little piece of heaven on earth. Enjoy the lake views, sit by a fire, enjoy the nature God has provided in our sanctuary on Pickett Lake. Use the grill or take a short drive to Branford or Mayo and enjoy some of the restaurants. Outdoor fire pit includes wood. PLEASE NOTE- Lake levels are EXTREMELY LOW. There is currently no water at the dock for fishing or swimming. We are currently experiencing extreme drought conditions.
