Stickley Family Farms is a working farm, pumpkin patch, corn maze, and miniature railroad attraction in the fall months. The property is rustic but does have a modern outhouse.

Bring your own boat to explore the seven all sports lakes in Coldwater's northern chain or use one of our Kayaks or canoes to explore as well. Enjoy the large shared yard space, 2 small beaches, dock to fish or relax around the fire pit watching the sunset. This cottage is a comfy two-bedroom with two full beds, one with a twin loft bed over top.

Seagull Town is nestled on the shores of Union City Lake, Our house offers a stunning lakefront view and direct access from the front deck. With parking available for two vehicles, you'll have the convenience of on-site parking during your stay. Relax with the whole family at our charming cottage. We are located on a private road with a wide-open view of Coldwater Lake, just walk down the stairway and you are there. You may dock your boat at our dock, or there are marinas on the lake who rent boats. Coldwater is the largest lake of 6 on the 17-mile chain of lakes. You can boat, walk, bike, or drive to restaurants and ice cream. Pet fee $150 per dog, by approval.
