The ground floor comprises of a high spec kitchen and dining area, laundry room and lounge with log burner. 2 bathrooms, one with freestanding stone bath and a ground floor wetroom with walk in shower. Twixt is a mid-terrace Victorian cottage located in the idyllic North Norfolk village of Burnham Overy Staithe. It's just a short walk from the picturesque quay and the North Norfolk coastal path. Recently refurbished and fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay - whether a weekend or a longer break - it will comfortably accommodate four people in the two bedrooms which are furnished with a kingsize and twin beds. There is also room for a travel cot in the master bedroom.

Hobbit house located on the North Norfolk coast.

Get ready for your Hobbit experience at Bag End in the Shire. Bag End is located within one mile of the coastal path and central for the beaches of Wells, Holkham and Blakeney point. Our Hobbit house has one full size bedroom and a smaller bedroom for a little hobbit. Up to 2 extra guests can stay in the cosy seperate bedroom hut at £25pp per night. There is a seperate bathroom and washing up area with hot and cold water. The hot tub can be used for an additional charge of £65 per whole stay.

Walter, a Denis Dominator Bus, is creatively designed and fitted with modern and upcycled materials, focusing on warmth and comfort. Walter accommodates four people in a double room, a small double sofa bed, and a single sofa bed. We can provide a cot. Ideal for two adults and 2 or 3 children. Walter is situated in her field surrounded by trees, with a sunken wildflower garden, Bar B Que, patio and heaps of outside space where wildlife thrives and the steam train occasionally passes.
