Easy checkin process. Very quiet neighborhood. Host was very responsive and let me book last minute which helped out a lot, place is really nice and when visiting again, would def stay here.

This house was perfect for my family to all come together for a visit. It was spacious and cozy. We really enjoyed the decks and fenced in yard.

Beth did a great job of communicating with us —making it easy for me to contact her with any questions. The home was clean and had a great backyard area. My group particularly appreciated the towels, kitchenware, and bikes that were available during our stay. I would certainly stay here again.

We visited with our dogs during the off season. We found the home as described in this listing. The house was clean and comfortable and the location was peaceful. We made use of the keurig each morning and enjoyed our coffee on the deck overlooking the lagoon. Easy drive over the bridge to LBI. We actually planned to rent a place on LBI when we found this place and decided to give it a try — we ended up really loving beach haven west and this house and hope to return!

extremely clean in all areas- high quality linens and towels generous with supplies such as soaps and shower needs. kitchen was well stocked and surprised to find coffee and filters- nice to come into such a clean and neat place

Dongmei was easy to communicate with. She replied within 15 mins. The place was very convenient to the boardwalk and beach.

This cottage/ house was perfect for our family get away. Tracey was very helpful with all our needs, especially since I booked last minute. Beautifully decorated and clean 3 large bedrooms, living room and kitchen. We all loved rocking on the enclosed front porch after a day at the beach. Walking distance to beach, boardwalk, restaurants, etc. Great family vacation was had. Thank you Tracey.

My friends and I had a wonderful stay while visiting for the Sea Hear Now music festival! Tami was very helpful and very communicative throughout our stay. The place was perfect and everything we needed for our weekend getaway!

This is our 2nd stay with Chris and Nell, we love the location and the swim spa, the king bed and linens, the outdoor shower, convenience, location and parking. The unit itself is cozy, but modern, clean, perfect for our weekend stays. As hosts, Chris and Dell are very responsive and proactive. We hope to stay here again!

Christina was a great host. She made sure with my wheelchair situation, the driveway and the home entrance was well ramped. I felt at home as soon as I came there. My bf and I had a great time there. This place is close to the boardwalk as well. Various food options nearby with great stores just within less than a mile. I cant thank Christina enough for her amazing home she let us borrow and use like our own :) 7 STARS!

Self-check-in with code received via the app, so unfortunately I never met Dina. Unit was absolutely immaculate, with plenty of clean towels and linens, coffee, tea, and video games! There were also several TV networks/apps available. In addition, there is a nice walking trail in the nearby park, only two doors down at the dead-end of this block. Great location near parks and thriving downtown with pubs and restaurants!

Annette and John are gracious hosts, the property is excellent, and the little touches they provide make for an exceptional stay! Love being at the Jersey shore!

Domenic's apartment is comfortable, pristine and clean. Completely redone apartment that looks brand new. Highly recommended.

We chose this location for it's proximity to New York City and that it was pet friendly. There are special touches, such as body wash and shampoo in the shower, head towels to use after washing your hair plus much more. The kitchen has new appliances and a Keurig stocked with K-cup pods and a full array of dishes and cooking ware. The home is spotlessly clean. The one bedroom has a comfortable mattress and another sleeper sofa in the extra room. There are plenty of extra towels, sheets and bedding. When we arrived, there were dog bowls set up with a treat that Karina left for our French Bulldog. He was so excited with his gift. There is wonderful Polish grocery store about a block from the home with a wonderful selection of Polish foods and treats. We stocked up before heading home. The NJ transit station is an easy walk and a short ride to NY Penn station. The train station also has a parking lot that has a low 24 hour fee if you want to park instead of walk.

Wil is a great host and responds promptly to messages. The condo is large and comfortably slept seven. It is in a great location! Walkable to the beach and boardwalk, but tucked away in a peaceful setting. There is ample parking. The 4 beach passes are a nice money saver! Our family would definitely come back to Wil's place.

I stayed here for a week this winter. The place is the perfect size for two or three people to share and the deck is beautiful. I will be back.

This beach house is truly a home away from home, offering everything you could ask for in a perfect getaway. The location is unbeatable—just a short, pleasant walk to the beach, making it easy to pop over for morning sunrises or afternoon strolls. The house itself is charming, comfortable, and impeccably clean, with all the amenities you’d expect from a well-loved vacation spot. The host is absolutely incredible, going above and beyond to ensure that every detail is taken care of. Michelle is available for any questions or recommendations, they make you feel like you’re staying with family. It’s clear that they truly care about your experience, which makes all the difference.

This is the perfect little space for a few days at the beach. The location was fantastic for my family-we have two small children and were able to cut 2 blocks over and be on the boardwalk, but still have it be peaceful at night. Everything was spotless and exactly as described. Karl was proactive with reaching out and ensuring our trip ran smoothly. Overall everything was great and I would definitely stay again.

We had a fun stay at Jennifer’s condo. The place was clean and organized. Even had beach chairs and board games for us to use. Everything from the boardwalk to restaurants and other activities within walking distance, I’d recommend this place for sure.

The condo was very clean and updated. It was exactly as described/shown in the pictures with an amazing view. Location is in a nice quiet area and has the supermarket/restaurants right down the road. Roger was very responsive and the check in and out process was very easy with the instructions he provided. Would definitely recommend and looking forward to staying here again!

Such a cute place to stay in! As a solo female traveler I felt so safe and cozy! I had an issue with the hot water and within minutes , James took care of it. I loved my experience and would love to stay there again ! Thank you so much !!!

We stayed here with 4 adults and 4 children. Walking distance to beach. Responsive host. Very clean space. There are upstairs units and the walls and floors are thin. I also recommend travel black out curtains as it gets bright early at the beach and they have thin blinds.
