Harriet's house was perfect for our family get together. the house is maintained to a high standard with all kitchen facilities that could possibly be needed. The sofas and all seating was extremely comfortable as we're the beds. the large downstairs kitchen, diner and livingroom meant nobody was left out, playing games, eating etc. We will look forward to visiting again soon.

I am always honest when writing a review and in this case, I really cannot think of a single thing that could have been improved. We were a family of ten people, aged 7 to 77 and globally scattered, celebrating a double birthday and a recent wedding. The facilities seemed to be tailor made! Comfortable, sociable, well equipped and delightful in every way.

We had a fantastic stay at Louise’s cosy country house in Devon. The place very much met the descriptions - full of charm, clean, and very comfortable. The beds were especially great. The kitchen is well equipped and we loved preparing breakfast and dinner there, as well as spending some time in the cosy TV den. We were three people and had more than enough space. Louise was very responsive and shared thoughtful local tips that really enhanced our stay. We visited the local pub and convenience store several times. Parking just a minute away was super easy and convenient. A peaceful, well-kept spot in a beautiful setting. Highly recommended!

What a comfortable place! It was really well appointed and had everything we needed. Plenty of storage and well equipped kitchen. Wendy is very friendly and helpful too. I especially liked the eco friendly shampoo and conditioner provided (the bottles can be refilled too) and the availability of a compost pot for food waste. We really could have stayed a month if we did not have to get back. The view over the estuary from the bedroom is beautiful and constantly changing with the tide, light and weather. The place is really quiet too, I was concerned that there might be road noise from the nearby bridge but there was remarkably little even when outside the property and none at all inside

Badgers House was the perfect venue and location for a large family break. House was well equipped and comfortably furnished. The indoor pool proved a knockout with the children - especially as the weather wasn’t great! The indoor games room was a hit for the male adults, who enjoyed hours of pool, and they hit the gym too. The woodland walk was perfect, we spotted a male deer, the children loved it! Hide and seek in the house was so exciting and kept the little ones entertained for hours! Thank you to Max and Alex for being superb hosts and giving us this beautiful home and setting to enjoy. Our granddaughter broke her heart to have to leave! We will definitely be returning and may need Toad Hall next time for more family members to come along and enjoy the beauty of this peaceful place.

Dog Watches was a superb house and garden. The location was excellent. We were celebrating an 82nd (mum in law) birthday. The house was stunning, spacious, with breathtaking views. We needed to spend longer than the 3 nights to use all of the facilities. We were very comfortable and were lucky to have stunning weather. The pub nearly opposite ( the sloop) is also excellent for food We had a lovely walk to Hope cove and bantham beach . The ferry boat goes from the quay just below the house. Brilliant stay. Great property, easy to find and perfect for a 1-2 guests. Jane was friendly and easy to contact. Parking right outside which was a huge plus for us. There was an extra internal door which we assume would link directly to Jane’s property or another airbnb which was locked - this wasn’t listed however, the property still felt secure. Just something for guests to be aware of. Thanks for a great stay - would recommend for anyone wanting to be in close proximity to Newton Abbot.

I can't say enough about how amazing Cherilyn is! She went above and beyond for us. Her property is in an exquisite area, and had everything we needed. The village has lots of quaint, and interesting nooks and crannies to explore. Just the right balance between nature and a lovely, friendly village. Two fresh, local Cornish pasties were waiting for us on arrival, and they were to die for 😋 I would highly recommend staying here! Thanks again for having us in your lovely annex. We will be back!! ❤️

We had a lovely stay at Glenn’s apartment, Glenn was extremely helpful, the property was in a perfect location with a beautiful view, looks exactly like the photos if not better! We felt right at home and would definitely stay again. Only thing I would say is there was a strange smell which did not shift, could’ve been a smell from below apartments however lingered throughout our stay and had to open windows. No oil as mentioned on listing either, however, not a problem as there was a convenience store very close by :). Loud family below however this cannot be helped. Great stay overall, and would recommend to others.

Beautiful flat ideally situated on Torquay cliffs - which means a fun 5-minute hike up and down the paths for the beach. The flat is decorated with nautical theme and is super comfortable, quiet, peaceful. We had everything we needed from soaps and dishwasher tabs to towels and gowns. Would stay here again.

Really enjoyed break. A car is needed to visit anywhere. Walking is good, but difficult for me with having two people with different disabilities. Did enjoy the pool and peaceful atmosphere. Lovely log fire. Thank-you

This is a perfect cottage in a perfect spot. We have loved coming here again. Everything was great with the accomodation, well equiped, comfy beds, love the log burner, really appreciate the parking permit. Nothing negative to say, wish I lived here. Thanks for a great stay.

The photographs and description does not do the place justice. It is absolutely stunning. Unique in character and just simply amazing. The setting and views are beautiful. Highly recommended. Would not stay anywhere else now when visiting family in the area.

We really enjoyed our stay at the cottage. We were attending an event at HMS Raleigh, so the cottage was ideally situated for our needs. There is plenty to do in the surrounding area, that is not more than a few minutes away. The cottage had everything we needed as we did a mixture of eating in and out. Jess was extremely responsive and gave lots of local suggestions of things to do and places to eat. I highly recommend this cottage.

Clean, cosy, peaceful home. As described and looks like the photos. Sandra was friendly and proactive in communication giving us great tips for the dog friendly pubs. Perfect base for us visiting local friends but wanting a bit of space and privacy & the added bonus of dog treats ready for our pampered puppy. All made for a great stay.

Had a fabulous stay at Olivia’s Orchard cottage. Lots to do with farm animals around, Games room, outdoor games and lots of walks to relax and unwind at the property. Property was in proximity to Plymouth and Looe and found it very convenient to explore by car from here.

We really enjoyed our stay, lots to enjoy in the surrounding areas. Great hosts and appreciated the Prosecco & goodies they left for us. Eggs from the farm were a nice touch too. Our 9 year old daughter absolutely loved the farm animals & all the cats. We will be returning.

An absolutely wonderful stay at Dairy Cottage. From brilliant and beautiful surroundings to the nicest hosts in Debbie and John. The cupcakes on arrival were amazing and the cottage so cosy and comfy. Had a wonderful time and both of the hosts were so helpful and the walks me and my dogs went on were wonderful! Highly recommend and thank you for having us!
