We really enjoyed our stay at this peaceful and unique home. It has a lot of character and there was so much thought put into the furnishings and decor that it was just interesting to walk around the house and take it all in. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. The outside patio was also great but with a cold spell during our stay we didn't get to enjoy it as much as we'd have liked. We were able to get to hiking trails, CU and Pearl St all within about a walk of a mile or less. Jeff was extremely responsive to any questions we had during our stay. Overall, it was a great place to stay and we definitely plan to come back next year.

Kuvy's place was fantastic - warm and welcoming after a hotel stay. It was well appointed and nicely decorated with extra amenities like breakfast items in the freezer and fully stocked coffee and tea, etc. She also provided great restaurant recommendations and was very friendly. I'd definitely look to stay here again!

For being a studio, it is roomy and quiet Airbnb. It was shiny clean from top to bottom, not a speck of dust. Very well taken care of. If you are going to Lyons it’s a great location and you can walk to everything in the town. Your host will respond to you very quickly and take care of any needs you have.

Space was clean and met our needs for the couple of nights we were there. Hosts were super responsive and helpful.

My family & I met here for Christmas. The home was so peaceful & quiet, although it was a bit hard to find the first time in the dark. It was worth it! The kids loved the hot tub, & the area had lots of fun things to explore! Thanks, Robert for your part in our great Christmas!

We had the most amazing stay at Merredith’s 10/10 would recommend and will definitely be booking again next time we’re in Boulder! Merredith and her husband are absolutely wonderful and their dog Potato is the BEST. We can’t thank them enough for such a great stay. Wonderfully peaceful, walkable to pearl street, and amazing amenities. You can truly tell how much thought and care Merredith puts into hosting.

I needed a change of scenery to catch up with friends on a budget on somewhat short notice. That said, my expectations on what I could find in the area were not high. Long story short: my expectations were pleasantly exceeded! Short story long: The space was not only comfortable, but actually luxurious. The bathroom’s heated floors and shower were of better quality than stays twice the price of this. Additionally, bedding is ultra plush! My favorite part was the ultra comfortable and operational hot tub. As someone who is 2 months into recovering from ACL & Meniscus surgery this was of high value. Lastly, Jessica was a fantastic host who was helpful in providing good tips about close by nightlife and food recs. All in all, my only regret is not being able to stay for longer!

John’s place was the peaceful mountain retreat that we needed. The house was clean and cozy. The hot tub was the perfect vibe with the sound of the creek in the background. It truly felt like home away from home!

I had a wonderful stay at this charming tiny house! The space was spotless, quiet, and located in a fantastic area, close to everything but still peaceful. I love how walkable the area is and surrounded by lots of nature. The host clearly put a lot of thought into creating a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. Whether you’re looking for a relaxing getaway or a convenient base to explore Boulder, I highly recommend this spot to others. I would definitely stay here again.
