This place is wild and full of character. Loved staying here. Totally worth it and a great place to relax.

A stay at John’s gorgeous place is all about easy & delightful connections - to a terrific house and host, to the most amazing “Central Park”, and to all that Denver and its mountains have to offer. Its location on Washington Park (with two lakes, walking & biking paths, tennis courts, volleyball nets, a rec center for $6/day with work out facilities, pool and group classes) can’t be beat. It is also walkable to amazing (independently owned) breakfast shops, restaurants, and boutiques (check out Bon Ami for dinner). It’s a 15-minute drive to downtown Denver, 30-minutes to Lookout Mountain or RedRock Amphitheater, and an hour to Boulder. The house itself is stunning with amazing art, a large bedroom and huge bathroom with sauna. We also sat outside on his stunning patio after heating up our leftovers saved in his fridge. Don’t be afraid of sharing the house with John. He gives you the utmost in privacy. Come and go as you please. But he’s also delightful to get to know! A great stay!

This was a perfect place for my family to stay over the Thanksgiving weekend. The listing describes the place well. Kitchen was well stocked with everything needed for cooking meals. Beds were comfortable. Location was convenient for our stay in Boulder.

This was a perfect place for our yearly Brothers trip Size was fantastic plenty of room. Bathrooms were awesome, kitchen was fully stocked and good utensils and cleaning supplies and towels. If we do Denver again, first on the list Thanks for a great trip.

Accommodations were great for our family. We would recommend staying for convenience to family and cleanliness. Overall good quality for price!
