There is an open living room with a fully-equipped kitchen and 2nd bathroom w/toilet & shower. Good climate control w/4 aircons and 2/ceiling fans.

The place offers a safe parking inside a perimeter wall with electric fence, motorised gate. Some guests find the parking too narrow for their liking. Currently only 1 aircon works in bedroom 1.
