We have stayed in different apartments in this building through Maverick and they have always been great! It's a great, walkable location and a very well maintained building. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Brookline!

This is our second time staying here. It’s a bright, open and airy space with a view of the trees. It takes 5 minutes to walk to the Green Station or to the Main Street for shopping. I love that it has a washer and dryer so we can pack lightly. My husband works effectively from the apartment with a fast internet connection.

Amazing place to stay, felt very safe and comfortable. It was a quiet building wasn’t loud or noisy. Would definitely recommend staying if you and another person are looking to stay in boston. Would absolutely stay here again.

If you want a wonderful, quaint space to be your home away from home, this place is it! The atmosphere in the fall is amazing with all the leaves changing and the cool air. Jayne offers wonderful amenities, and it made me happy to hear the horses in the morning. I would definitely recommend Jayne to anyone wanting to stay in the Essex/Boston area. I will certainly be back again!

Nice place to stay in Boston. Much less expensive than hotels. Very clean. AC worked well. ( stayed in July) Street noise compared to our last stay in Boston was much less. Very quiet peaceful building. Hardwood floors creak quite a bit but certainly wouldn’t keep us from staying there again. We just needed a clean convenient place to sleep and get dressed while visiting our daughter who lives in Brighton and this was perfect. Host replied to our messages promptly. Will stay there again next visit.

My wife and I booked this place extremely last minute (day of!) and had zero issues checking in or coordinating parking--the host was extremely responsive. The location was perfect for what we needed (*very* walkable to Coolidge Corner, great running, quiet). The communal kitchen on the floor (full fridge/freezer, oven, stove, etc.) was a great bonus. As for the room itself, it was exactly as pictured and exactly what we needed. Would definitely recommend!

We had a great stay. The place was extremely clean and comfortably decorated. While the space was small, it served all our daily needs and was perfect for 1-2 people. We were appreciative of the short walk to the T and found the general experience to be very positive!

Absolutely loved staying here, exactly what we were looking for!! Solmaz was very helpful and had so many suggestions for things in the area. A few house rules, but all requests are listed very kindly and respectfully and make it very clear what it asked. Everything that is asked is extremely reasonable. And Solmaz is so generous, there are a few things provided in case you forgot anything at home! My only warning would be for tall visitors - I'm about 5' 10", and there's a few spots I was worried I might hit my head. So anyone 6' tall or taller, beware. And I would guess the main shower head is only about 6' tall. If you're willing to make it work though, this place is definitely worth it!

Gaye's partner was who I conversed with throughout my stay. He was highly responsive and kind, and even got me breakfast sandwiches and brought me a fan! The loft area is private enough in terms of sight, but you will hear the other people staying. I was lucky and everyone was very respectful. If you are capable of communicating with people you don't know, this is a great deal. The neighborhood is very safe and cute, the bed is good enough, the space is clean. I mostly only used it to sleep and get ready, but I did work remotely one day and had no issues. I would stay again if on my own and planning to not relax in the space often.
