Gli arredamenti in legno rifiniti con oli naturali, le pareti in pietra e calce, i pavimenti in cotto fatto a mano con finitura in cera d’api e il riscaldamento a pavimento rendono questa struttura sana e rispettosa dell’ambiente. Casa vacanza nuova trilocale (circa 120 mq) con un ingresso indipendente fronte mare di recente costruzione, situata nella contrada Ser Luca Calabaia a due passi dal Lungomare di Belvedere Marittimo (Cs). Posizione incredibile a 10 mt dal mare che rende la vista stupenda. La struttura offre l’accesso immediato all’ampia spiaggia libera frontale, molto tranquilla e non affollata che offre anche i servizi di un lido. La spiaggia e il fondale sono sabbiosi, il mare non è subito profondo.
