This air bnb is a Gem. We've already booked to come back! Suzanne and Ian are such kind and thoughtful hosts. The flat is so peaceful, clean, warm and comfortable, with lovely views of the garden - it has everything you need. The welcome hamper, milk and eggs are such a lovely welcome touch. The train station, bus stops, lovely walks, pubs, a cafe, and co-op mini supermarket are just a few mins walk away. This is a special find and we can't wait to come back!

A fantastic place to stay and highly recommend. Perfect location for exploring York which we could do on foot from here. Property extremely clean, lovely and modern and we can’t wait to revisit. This is a comfortable flat with lovely views over the river Esk. Easy to walk into the centre of Whitby with plenty of pubs and restaurants close by. It was well equipped, clean and tidy. We really enjoyed our stay.

Second time staying at this unique place. Very comfortable and homely flat with everything that you need. There are some good cafes nearby and a good bar in the Teesdale Hotel. The locals in Middleton in Teesdale are very friendly and welcoming. Lots of good walks from the doorstep and Low/High Force a short drive away. Highly recommend.

What a wonderful place to escape for a few days. The flat was perfect - really comfortable, clean and spacious. A good hot shower and everything we needed in the kitchen to make life easy. Hebden Bridge is a fantastic place for a mooch and the markets were lovely. Great walks in the area- we didn't need to use the car all weekend.

I stayed at Keith’s place for a few weeks after a nightmare Airbnb situation at a nearby flat with another host. To my luck, Keith had availability for the nights I needed accommodation, and I don’t have enough good things to say about my entire experience there. Keith was super communicative, was quick to respond to my questions, checked in to make sure I was comfortable, and was overall just a lovely person to speak to. The place looks exactly like the photos, but more spacious in person. The location was very walkable to the train station, city centre, and nearby Sainsbury’s. It was a great place to people watch during the day, but became very quiet, yet still safe, in the evening. I’m already looking into booking my next stay here, and would highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Leeds!

The apartment was excellent in all aspects, clean, practical, and the view was very beautiful. The furniture was very good and contained all the necessary tools. The only remark was that I requested to replace some of the cleaning tools, but unfortunately the service was poor.

Wow what a fantastic apartment, right in the heart of the city! We were able to walk to all the main attractions we wanted to see - nowhere was more than 5 minutes away. Chris was super-helpful and we could tell he wanted us to enjoy our stay, and communication was great from the moment we booked to the time we left. The apparemtment itself was comfortable for our family of four, with all the facilities we needed. We had a lovely view of the river and the Merchant Adventurers Hall and we enjoyed relaxing in such a quiet environment. I would highly recommend this accommodation for anyone visiting York. Thank you Chris, we loved our stay and hope to be back again one day!

We’ve stayed with our two two year-old sons and couldn’t have picked a better place. The cottage is cosy and welcoming and incredibly well equipped for cooking sessions, rainy days, catching the evening sun in the garden or picking up tips for the next day out. The boys enjoyed the toys and books provided, the garden and the playground only a short walk away. The adults enjoyed that the town centre is in walking distance with a huge choice of cafes, pubs and shops and the fireplace in the evening. Henrietta and Ed have been perfect hosts, friendly and supportive. Thanks a lot.

We really enjoyed staying at the Boiling House in the picturesque village of Staithes. Our host David welcomed us and showed us around the property, which was very comfortable and had everything we needed. We have two dogs and it was great exploring the local area and beaches with them. I would definitely recommend the Boiling House. Thank you David.

We stopped over in Appleby to break up a journey from Suffolk to Scotland. The cottage is ideal as little bolt hole, full of character and comfort. We loved being right across from the river (sadly, didn't spot the otters!) and the chippy was almost next door which was handy too. We'll definitely be back!

We loved our stay at the Old Watch House. A dog-friendly cottage in the heart of Staithes with wonderful views from the balcony and upstairs living room. A weekend of good weather, walks, food and rest. Hopefully, we will be back soon.

This house was fabulous, we loved the views onto the river and sat outside the front watching the world go by in the sunshine. It was close to the shops, pubs etc and the Minster was a 10 mins walk away. We would definitely book this house again and Maria was an excellent host, we never had to wait for a reply to a question. I would recommend this house, especially for a group. 👍🏻😊

Beautiful home that was very comfortable for our family trip to Manchester. The development is brand new so tricky to locate on Google Maps but Michelle’s directions helped a lot.

Fantastic holiday in kettlewell the house is in a great location with a pub a few doors down and another 2 a short walk. There is some fantastic walks on the doorstep and a lovely park for kids you can see from the front room! The house was perfect providing everyone especially when travelling with a 1 year old, and with pretty much everyone on the doorstep it was perfect. We all had a lovely time and will definitely look at visiting and staying soon!

Amanda's place was lovely and peaceful very clean and spacious. Within walking distance from Whitby Town centre and Whitby Abbey so close enough for the hustle and bustle of Whitby but close enough to return for the amazing views peace and quiet. Amanda was very helpful with all the questions I asked and there was plenty of ideas in folder left in flat. As I'm guessing if you go to Whitby you also have an idea on what you want to do but always helps when some ideas are in folder, that are different. Plenty of eating areas and coffee shops plus plenty of bars and restaurants. If you can manage the 199 steps there's a Whitby brewery at the top which is amazing as well. Everywhere we went into people and locals were polite and friendly. Amandas apartment was perfect peaceful, spacious and quiet located on first floor accessible either by stairs of a lift. Apartment was perfect for a wee city break. We loved exploring the city, we walked the city walls which I’d highly recommend. The apartment is located perfectly along the city wall walk and only a 10 minute stroll to the centre so perfect for exploring. Nick was super responsive to my questions and was a great help. Highly recommended this stay and we will definitely be back x
