Everything about our stay has been utterly perfect. Having stayed in many Airbnb’s, this is certainly one of the best. All of the little details have been thought through, from the lovely and generous welcome package, to having plenty of logs available for the hot tub and even extra hot tub towels provided. The outside area is so well looked after that we just wanted to stay in the garden. We didn’t feel the need to leave the cottage at all! What made our experience even better was just how lovely, friendly and helpful Amy has been. I think this will be an annual trip for our family. Thanks so much again 😊

A perfect family cottage and photos don't do it justice, it was really really nice!! Perfect location with fantastic views it doesn't feel like you're 15 minutes away from the madness of Blackpool. We'll return in the future 100%.

Beautiful cottage. Private garden with hot tub. Cute quaint street with easy walks from the door step and handy pub next door with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Extremely dog friendly. Nice touches such as slippers and robes have a luxe feel. Plus dog bowls and treats provided made me feel super welcome to bring my dog.

Bank House Cottage is an exceptional cottage to stay at. Hosts Veronica and Alan were wonderful, giving local recommendations and ensuring that everything was perfect for our stay. The cottage itself is beautiful and has an interesting history. It was sparkling clean and had all the amenities you could ask for. We also availed of the Hot Tub which was luxurious and very relaxing. We would thoroughly recommend a stay at the cottage and hope to return in the future.

A fantastic property with a high quality and luxurious finish. Peaceful, with the feeling of being in the middle of nowhere, despite being extremely close to shops and bars. Stayed with my three kids. Enjoyed the hot-tub and garden. The place was spotlessly clean and all of the appliances worked perfectly. A great sleep in very comfy beds, next to the sound of nature. Thanks for a beautiful stay!

Perfect get away. Charlotte is an amazing host and responds very quickly. Felt right at home immediately. Location is very quiet and private.

Lovely little cottage, perfect peaceful central location for Heysham, 5mins from wonderful views and walks to Half Moon Bay/Morecambe. Everything you need in the cottage for your stay, incl free parking in Royal Hotel car park v handy (good food too).

Cottage is lovely and in a great village, a short walk from a friendly pub that serves great food. Good base for travelling to the lakes and some lovely walks locally. Cottage is very warm and welcoming and our host Liz was brilliant , clear communication and very reactive.

a Absolutely loved our stay, what a beautiful village Waddington is. Sarah's place was just right for our needs, we were out walking in the beautiful suffocating area, lots.

This is our third stay at Emma's place and we always love it and the village with our dogs. looking forward to coming back if she'll have us!

Welch Cottage was the perfect holiday home. The property was spacious, exceptionally clean and located off a pretty, leafy lane. The kitchen was a joy for a large family to prepare meals together. Lytham St Anne's was forty minutes away and had everything a young family needed for fun days at the beach and was remarkably free of litter. The Forest of Bowland was peaceful, beautiful and unspoilt. Thank you, we hope to return.

Peaceful spot, makes a nice change to open the door and see chickens and ducks. Our dog was fine with the resident dogs and loved walks on the canal and catching a ball in the field. Would love to stay again.

Really nice peaceful quiet place to stay, Very comfortable house with all you need for a relaxing stay. Walking distance to shops bars bistros and local attractions. Loads to do in the local area and little further afield. Really clean and comfortable place to stay really cosy with great views from the private decking area at the rear. Off road parking too. I would recommend to anyone or a group visiting the area to stay here. Lorraine was really nice great communication and really accommodating.

Had a great stay! The place was clean, comfy, and really chill. Loved sitting by the nearby dockyard with a coffee — such a peaceful spot to hang out.

Absolutely fabulous! Angela was a perfect host, very flexible with us arriving later and met us in person, had even put the kettle on for us! The cottage was even better than expected, spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated and styled. A wonderful garden area and great attention to detail. A beautiful find! We stayed for the weekend for a local wedding and the place felt just like home. Really cosy but spacious, very clean and tidy too. Easy to find with the directions, parking easy and super peaceful! Can’t recommend enough!

Top marks on all counts. Beautiful property, in a great location for exploring in Blackpool and Fylde direction or the countryside. We particularly liked the garden which was great for an Easter egg hunt and kickabouts. We also especially liked the big farmhouse kitchen and very comfortable beds.

Stayed for 2 nights. Had an amazing time sat by the lake in the sun was unbelievable. Would defo stay again. Loved it.

A beautiful cottage with amazing views and peaceful surroundings! Perfect for walks and sitting in the outdoor area with a drink taking in the view. The cottage is cosy and very comfortable and Beautifully decorated. We enjoyed our 2 night stay! The hosts have been so nice/ friendly and really helpful and accommodating as we forgot our dog lead so they kindly lent us one to use for our stay! Which was a lifesaver. Everything is a drive away but lots to do. We went to a pub on the recommended host list and one of the walking trails and had a lovely time. So thank you

The house was everything needed for a relaxing time away. It was clean, warm and cosy. The bed was comfortable and the environment was quirky and stylish. After travelling sometime to get there, to arrive and have fresh milk for a cuppa was most welcoming. The house is right in the centre of the village so walking distance to shops and pubs. The cottage was easy to find from Derek's instructions which we didn't expect with how rural the area was. The house was beautiful and had extra amenities we didn't expect including a guest account for Netflix on the TV and a fancy fridge with an ice maker. Our dog enjoyed the garden (especially the ducks!) And absolutely loved the private field and river areas. She had a great run off the lead around here and a paddle in the river. With how rural the area was, it was a very quiet and peaceful area but we also visited the Beacon Fell nature reserve which was only a short 15 minute drive which was beautiful. The hosts were very helpful and were happy to answer any questions we had, even if we had already asked the question and just forgotten what they said!

Great cottage in a really nice, little quiet village. The cottage is superbly decorated, well kitted out and in a fantastic location, we had an amazing time and couldn't recommend this place enough. Great walks along the canal and some lovely pubs all with a short walk. Cant wait to visit again!.
