'Waterside Studio' is a well appointed apartment in an annexe to the main house, but with private access. It is situated in a quiet part of a unique village, which has a sea dock, adjacent to the Lune Estuary and canal basin on a branch arm of the Lancaster Canal. Ideal for walkers, cyclists, bird watchers and anyone who likes all aspects of wildlife, boating and the sea. We are 5 m. south of the historically important University town of Lancaster. This self contained annex is located at the rear garden of a house in a very quiet street. It is located in a perfect spot only 2 minutes walk to the centre of Poulton and the train station. Only 2 miles from Blackpool Hospital 6 min drive (see pics) Good transport links to Preston and Lythan St Annes. Free on street parking is usually available. The annex has private access. It is accessed down a pathway which runs inbetween/ behind the residential properties. Please see photographs.

A pet friendly beautiful lodge, with BBQ and hot tub, Close to Blackpool/Cleveleys The lodge is situated in our large garden so plenty of room for your doggie! It sleeps 2 adults, 2 children, and a baby (fold up beds supplied) and baby ( cot supplied). You can stay with breakfast or self catering No use of the hot tub after 9.30pm or before 9am. This one bedroom apartment has a large double bedroom with kitchen/diner/lounge looking through bi-fold windows onto its own patio and our large family garden. It is annexed to our house having its own separate side entrance. Ideal for those visiting family in Formby or for golf on the several nearby links.
