Très beau logement à Venise! Il est situé dans un quartier très calme, loin des foules. Les attractions principales de Venise se font très bien à pied à partir du logement et des stations de bateau bus sont à proximité également. L’hôte, Giacomo, était très sympathique et nous a donné de bonnes recommandations.

We stayed in this place during the 2025 Easter holidays. It is a very nice and clean accommodation, exactly like the description provided. 10mts to 12mts walk from Mestre station. 3 mts walk to local bus stop. Good travel links nearby. Erika was an amazing host, so as Carmen, who did our check in and checkout. She was very flexible for in and out. There were clear instructions provided. She allowed us to store our luggage at the storage after the check out since we had a tour planned during the day. It was very kind of her. She was always available with her instant responses for any queries. She guided us with all bus/tram details which helped our transportation easy through Venice. Erika even booked a taxi for us to airport when we faced issues with online booking. We were really lucky as we had Erika as our host. Alina let us drop our bags off early which was much appreciated. The apartment is in a quiet residential area which we enjoyed. It has recently been redone so does not have the charm perhaps of other stays but it is clean and functional and had everything we needed. Thank you Alina!

Giuliana e Giorgio sono persone squisite, amichevoli e sempre disponibili. L' appartamento è a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro di Trento, davvero comodo per visitare i mercatini di Natale. Molto pulito e dotato di tutti i confort!

Abbiamo trascorso alcuni giorni meravigliosi in questo appartamento a Venezia. La posizione è perfetta: a pochi passi dai principali luoghi d’interesse ma in una zona tranquilla, lontano dal caos turistico. L’appartamento è esattamente come nelle foto – pulito, ben arredato e dotato di tutti i comfort necessari per sentirsi a casa. L’host è stato super disponibile e cordiale, ci ha fornito ottimi consigli su cose da vedere. Il check-in è stato semplice e puntuale. Consiglio vivamente questo alloggio a chiunque voglia vivere un’esperienza autentica a Venezia. Sicuramente torneremo!

숙소는 사진보다 훨씬 더 좋습니다. 내부는 새집처럼 깨끗하고 아늑합니다. 성인 4명이 머물기에 충분한 크기이며 주방용품과 침구류도 잘 갖추어져 있습니다. 그리고, 테라스에서 바라보는 풍경은 정말 환상적입니다. 그 풍경을 침실 증 힌곳과 주방과 거실에서도 즐길 수 있습니다. 돌로미티의 여러 곳으로 이동하기에도 좋습니다. (물론 렌트카가 있을 경우) 완벽한 곳이고 강력 추천합니다!

Come l'anno scorso, abbiamo trascorso la settimana di Ferragosto in questo delizioso appartamento, perfetto per spazi e posizione, a pochi metri (ca. 150 m) dalla spiaggia. Silenzioso, dotato di un buon impianto di condizionamento (necessario per la stagione!) e di tutte le forniture per un breve soggiorno, lavatrice e wifi compresi. Caroline e Marco sono sempre stati pronti ad ogni richiesta di supporto e chiarimento.

ベネチア観光に宿泊しました。バス停が近く、ベネチア島までのアクセスが便利でした。部屋も広く綺麗で、ホストとも連絡が取りやすく快適に過ごせました。

Tutto perfetto, Paolo e la sua famiglia sono sempre stati gentili e disponibilissimi. Ci hanno aiutati anche per un problema con la macchina. Grazie davvero, se passeremo di nuovo per Auronzo di certo torneremo da voi!

Wir waren zu einer Sportveranstaltung in Jesolo und daher war die Unterkunft perfekt. Aber auch für Tagesausflüge oder Strandtage super gelegen.

Aqua apartments was a lovely place to stay. The location was perfect- close to main food areas, yet set slightly back from the main road so it felt very peaceful inside. They were also very easy to communicate with- they answered all questions very promptly and were also very helpful in arranging an airport water taxi for us which made the check in process seamless! Would stay here again for sure!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay in Mestre! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a great visit. What I loved the most was how convenient it was to get to Venice — the bus stop was just a short walk away, and the ride took less than 20 minutes to reach the heart of Venice. The neighborhood itself was peaceful, with PAM market in 5 min walking, making it easy to grab a meal or essentials without having to go far. The host was incredibly welcoming. Overall, this stay exceeded my expectations. If you’re looking for a comfortable, convenient place near Venice but want to avoid the high costs of staying in the city, this is the perfect spot. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Sin duda una muy buena opción a la hora de visitar una parte de Dolomitas, la casa de Ennio es perfecta y cómoda, tiene cubiertas todas las necesidades que puedas tener y está en un lugar muy bonito! Sin duda repetiría 100% Especial mención a los bizcochos que prepara Ennio ♥️

L’appartamento è molto grande, spazioso, luminoso, pulitissimo e ben attrezzato. In casa c’erano anche saponi, shampoo e alcuni generi di prima necessità in cucina. Comodissimo al centro di Mel. Un po’ rumoroso perché si trova lungo la strada principale, ma gli infissi isolano bene dal rumore. Consigliato!

Ein Schmückstück mitten im herzen von Venedig. Alles gut zu Fuss erreichbar und man geniesst höchsten Komfort in der Wohnung des Gastgebers. Perfekt für Pärchen oder um Zweisamkeit zu geniessen.

Wanted somewhere close to the Archives as I was doing research there. But it turned out to be our favourite sestiere in Venice - much quieter than San Marco but just as central and beautiful. The flat is tucked away but there were clear instructions. We didn’t use the very impressive tub or sauna. You do need to keep the windows closed at night as - while it’s basically very quiet, conversations from the odd late night passers-by are just a few feet away. But the flat was just what we wanted and the croissants at the Archivio bar in Campo S Stin are the best in Venice! Will return.

Cómodo, bonito, completo y muy limpio alojamiento en una zona tranquila, a media hora andando de la plaza de San Marcos y a menos de 10 minutos de multitud de bares y restaurantes y de varias paradas de Vaporetto. El anfitrión responde rápido y con recomendaciones claras y prácticas. Todo de 10. Si buscas un alojamiento en Venecia tranquilo pero al mismo tiempo con todo a mano, este es tu sitio.

Absolutely dont think of anything else when visiting Dolomites (Western part). Diana's place is very central in Ortisei you can walk anywhere from there. The town itself is already pretty and a perfect base if you want to explore Seceda / Alpe di Siusi / or even Selva. With Diana's apartment, bus stop is stone throw's away and is located in the main street. Food and supermarket are very near. You can easily cook anything in the apartment and run to grocery store if need anything. If you dont want to excessively spend money for food this is perfect. Room is very cozy and have anything that you need from jacuzzi to pristine kitchen. Sudtirol bus card is also provided and will really help you navigate through South Tyrol. We're really satisfied and really hoping to come back soon to visit Dolomites in Diana's place.

wonderful hospitality it was a pleasure to stay at Giulio's place. he helped us with everything we needed, was available and eager to make sure we have a good experience. the location is great and closes to restaurants, activities and stunning roads

We hebben met in totaal 4 stellen (2 kids) de twee grote appartementen van Arthur gehuurd. We hebben een top week gehad! De appartementen zijn heel ruim en doordat ieder stel een eigen badkamer heeft was er veel privacy! Ook genoeg ruimte in beide appartementen om met iedereen te kunnen tafelen/bij elkaar zitten. Op loopafstand van de piste (sleeplift Nives). Er is bergruimte met verwarmde elementen voor skischoenen in de garage, maar wij kozen ervoor onze spullen in het depot naast de skilift te bewaren. Op loopafstand van het dorp, de supermarkt, restaurants etc. Eén van de badkamers is recent gerenoveerd, op de foto’s is nog een oude badkamer met bad te zien maar dit is nu een hele mooie nieuwe badkamer. Arthur is een zeer vriendelijke host, hij reageert snel en is zeer behulpzaam. Kortom, we hebben een topweek gehad en hebben voor volgend jaar weer geboekt!

Very nice appt with great access to the ski slopes. The appt was very clean and Laura has it very well organized including a QR code that takes you to a guide with instructions and also good recommendations. There is attention to details which we very much appreciated. We had a great time. Thank you Laura!

The location was great! Everything is walkable. The host was great in communication with us and made the visit easy. The place is small and if a spa is a bonus for you then this is a great option. Too hot for us to even consider. It was quiet and the a/c worked well. While we never made a meal, there seemed to be plenty of items needed if you wanted to.
