Háafell Lodge

Welcome to Háafell Farm where we raise sheep, keep horses and have one friendly dog. Our private guest house is located 200 meters above the farm, up the mountain at 130 meters above sea level. It is a recently built (2020), 100 square meter, modern “turf house style” house. Háafell means “The High Mountain” and has a long river that cascades down its side with several tiers of waterfalls. It is a five minute walk to our canyon and it is possible to take a cold bath in one of the waterfalls.

Wooden, warm house for six people. Perfectly integrated into the lava field at the foot of the extinct GRABROK volcano, which you can enter almost straight from home :). Beautiful views and silence. Only the sounds of nature can be heard. An ideal place to observe the northern lights (no city lights). Just 300 meters from the main road No. 1. Fully equipped kitchen. Perfectly clean drinking water flows from the tap. The jacuzzi is already working :) There are bubbles and it's nice :) !!!

Cozy cabin in the west

This unique cabin has a nordic traditional style, it is situated in the west of Iceland. The cabin has a rustic feel to it and has been maintained to make sure that guests have a cozy, comfortable and relaxing stay. The location is remote and peaceful, situated in a tranquil and beautiful nature surrounded by majestic mountains and an amazing lake view. The cozy cabin is the perfect hideaway ideal for couples, small family or solo travellers in search for a special and inspiring getaway.

Aurora Horizon Retreat

A quiet and peaceful getaway with amazing ocean views. Located in the beautiful fjord called “Hvalfjörður”. Only a 45 minute drive from the capital. The interior was completely renovated in 2024. You can relax in the hot tub and enjoy amazing views of the horizon during the summer and you might see the northern lights during the winter. It's a perfect location for day trips to discover the Snæfellsnes peninsula and the silver circle and it's not far from the golden circle either.

Our 78 square meter 1 bedroom cottage is located 50 minutes drive from Reykjavik. The cottage is luxurious and has an outdoor natural water hot tub from where you can enjoy the Northern Lights or the fantastic sunset. The living area and the balcony have a spectacular view overlooking the fjord and surrounding mountains. The cottage is a great base for day tours in the south or west of Iceland. Gullfoss, Geysir, Thingvellir and Snæfells glacier are all within 1-2 hours’ drive.

Come for a stay at a farm in the South-west part of Iceland. Enjoy the nature on a conventional Icelandic farm. During winter you might see the northern lights and experience the constant day during summer. Dairy cows, sheep and horses roam around on the farm in the summer but stay inside during winter. Grund geusthouse

Grund is a residential house that was built in 1929. Grund is very centrally located and close to nature. It's a short distance to many of Iceland's main attractions and beautiful hiking trails. Only a 90-minute drive from Reykjavík. The house has an 80 m² sunroom with a 100 m² deck outside, making it perfect for parties and gatherings. There is a playground in a fenced garden.

Mountain cottage with amazing view

Enjoy nature and amazing views in our beautiful cottage in the mountains of Borgarfjörður - 1 hour drive from Reykjavík. The cottage was built in 2013 - 2015 but has a classic and simple style. There is electric heating, a gas stove and outdoor cooking area. The cottage is close to Krauma geothermal bath and the town of Borgarnes where you can go to stores, museum and restaurants.
