This apartment is a bright and rare pearl of the Cote d'Azur. Full of light, spacious, very fashionable, and comfortable at the same time, thought out to the smallest detail made our vacation unforgettable! Many thanks to its owner Nadine for her friendly warm welcome and attention.

We were visiting end of March beginning of April. At this time of the year the place was quite deserted with many restaurants still closed. We liked the it that way. It might be quite busy in Summer. The private parking spot in front of the building id great. The view from the appartment is stunning. Nadya is a great host. Friendliy and respondiere. We would come back!

Johannes è un ottimo padrone di casa. Istruzioni chiare e supporto costante. Una persona sul posto è comunque disponibile. L'appartamento è più comodo due persone, ma la nostra famiglia composta da due adulti e due ragazze ci si è trovata bene. Perfetta la disponibilità del posto auto riservato. La zona del quartiere Riquier forse non è così conosciuta tra i turisti (noi stessi altre volte siamo stati nelle vie adiacenti alla Promenade), ma sono raggiungibili in breve tempo sia Nizza vecchia, che il Castello, che la Promenade, che la piazza del Mercato, che le Piazze Massena e Garibaldi, ecc. Nella stessa via dell'appartamento ci sono due supermercati di quartiere, e tutto attorno diverse boulangerie/patisserie. È possibile, inoltre, raggiungere la stazione di Nizza-Riquier in 15 minuti a piedi. Perfetto per visitare le località della Costa Azzurra in treno, senza muovere l'auto. Davvero consigliato!

Overall had a very great stay at this Airbnb. Everything was very well maintained and I felt right at home. The Apartment ist not in Monaco, but 15meters behind the border to france. This isn't a problem at all for me, it was only noticed when ordering a monaco taxi which wasn't allowed to come to the place, so we had to get a french taxi. Overall recommend 10/10

Lovely apartment in a convenient location. 5 minutes walk to the train station (ideal for day trips) and 10 mins walk to the promenade/beach. Remario is very responsive and everything in the apartment worked well. I highly recommend it!

..siamo stati 5 giorni in questa casa a dir poco stupenda.. ampi spazi ,arredamento di qualità, confortevole e dotata di ogni confort.. il giardino e le poltrone ci hanno permesso di godere a pieno le belle giornate di sole ... il nostro cagnolino super felice di poter correre un po nel giardinetto... sua zia è stata molto gentile,simpatica e cordiale come è stato super semplice check in e check out.. se decidessimo di ritornare ad antibes sarebbe la miglior soluzione anche a 3 minuti dal mare e 10 dal centro... grazie ariannq

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Carolina, présente, charmante et elle avait laissé dans l'appartement le nécessaire pour commencer un séjour agréable: huile olive, sel, café, thé, sucre...ce qui est très plaisant et un plus par rapport à de ombreux appartements. L'appartement est neuf, propre, bien décoré, bien équipé et bien entendu sa localisation est parfaite à pied de la gare, du centre et des plages. Seul petit bémol mais qui est inhérent à la localisation et la structure de l'appartement: il est un peu bruyant et pas très lumineux côté cour. Le salon est plus pour 4 que pour 6 mais la terrasse compense largement cet inconvénient.

Fantastische Lage, gemütliche und geschmackvolle Einrichtung und sehr nette Gastgeber - alles was man für eine erholsame Woche in Nizza braucht. Gerne wieder!

Soggiorno meraviglioso. Ivan e la sua famiglia hanno fatto di tutto per metterci a nostro agio fin da subito, la casa e' bellissima e con un panorama mozzafiato. Ci sono parecchie cose che la rendono ottima per famiglie con bambini ma non solo, gli interni sono curati e la pulizia impeccabile. La Liguria e' una terra che ho conosciuto da poco e si sta rivelando piano piano la mia regione italiana preferita, la gentilezza delle persone ovunque sia andato mi e' rimasta nel cuore. Consiglio a tutti di visitarla, la posizione conveniente del posto rende possibile visitare una quantita' di posti a breve distanza come il lungomare di Albenga e Alassio, ma anche l'entroterra, con i suoi agriturismi e varie degustazioni degli ottimi vini ed olii locali. Consigliatissimo.

Wir waren 8 Tage in dem Haus. Das Haus ist wunderschön eingerichtet, die Aussicht ist fantastisch. Die Kommunikation mit Cristina war großartig. Sie hat sehr schnell auf unsere Anfragen reagiert, hat uns mit den Tipps für die Gegend geholfen, war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

We had a great stay in Lauies Airbnb! She is a wonderful host, very helpful and it was very easy to communicate with her! The apartment is just great! It is very nice to walk down into the city center. To go back you can either walk, take the bus or an uber. Also the patio is very nice! There you can have your breakfast (there is a shop just 5’ from Lauries home)! It is a wonderful place if you plan a city trip to Nice! Best place to be = Lauries place!! Hope to be there again some day!🙏🏽

Ce week-end à été fantastique. La maison est hyper chaleureuse, on s'y sent vraiment bien. La vue est sublime. Tout a été parfait! Matteo est un hôte très sympa et réactif.

we've had a great time at the little house! the area is very private and calm with a nice view! by foot it's 20mins to the city center but totally doable! would totally recommend :-))

Arrivée en autonomie parfaite, logement propre et fonctionnel, très belle villa avec piscine au calme. Proche de tous commerces. Laurence a été très réactive et à l’écoute.

Sandra's house is an amazing place, located in a tiny village, on the hills, refined in the smallest detail. The house is comfortable, wonderfully located (those views!). Sanda is a great host, she took care of us from the beginning (thank you for the escort to the house and help with carrying the luggage :)) we highly recommend staying with Sandra - it is a great pleasure to live in such a unique and beautiful house. Toppen för en familj på fyra personer. Läget toppen mitt i gamla stan med nära till restauranger, lekplatser och stranden. Peter var lätt att ha att göra med och svarade snabbt. Lägenheten hade hiss vilket var toppen för oss med barnvagn. Huset var relativt nybyggt och inte alls lyhört trots det centrala läget. Balkong med morgonsol. Enda vi har att möjligen anmärka på var att lakanen i rummet med två enkelsängar utgjordes av gardiner i ett glansigt material vilket var lite märkligt. Men inget som skulle få oss från att boka in oss på detta boende igen i framtiden.

The penthouse is as described and although refurbished a few years ago, it looks like done yesterday. Serge greeted us and gave us a quick tour. The location is easy to reach from airport with Uber or tram. The area has plenty of good restaurants even visited by locals (rue Bonaparte) and bakeries within walking distance (Bordonnat is the best). Easy to walk to Nice old town, beach or train station (Monaco Cannes Antibes). You cannot go wrong with booking this apartment.

We loved our stay at this Airbnb! It was exactly as pictured and described, the unit is small but perfect for a couple. The checkin and checkout process was smooth and you can’t beat the location! Plenty of great food and drink options within a few minutes walk and about a 10 minute walk to the train station where you are well connected to other towns in the area. Ville Franche is gorgeous and a bit quieter than Nice, we loved being out of the hustle and bustle! Would recommend and stay again :)

De communicatie met Dominik verliep erg goed en duidelijk. Het verblijf is zoals beschreven en de ligging is perfect. Op een kleine 10 minuten ben je te voet in in het centrum van Menton. De ligging is zeer rustig met een magnifiek uitzicht over Menton en de baai. De parking is een enorme meerwaarde net zoals de nieuwe airconditioning. Zeker het vermelden waard is het goede bed. Dominik en Michaella zijn erg aangename hosten die alles in het werk stellen om je een aangenaam verblijf te waarborgen. Super bedankt voor de goede zorgen, wij komen graag terug.

Extremely neat and clean apartment. Seemed almost like the first renting. Fantastic location with 180 degree Ocean view and looking directly at the mouth of the marina. Great for watching yachts come and go. Near all facilities. Very responsive host even after hours. Would rent again without hesitation.

Ottima posizione, e host molto disponibile e reattivo. Fiore all'occhiello di questo appartamento è sicuramentela terrazza vista mare ampia e ben curata. Nell'appartamento non manca nulla ed il soggiorno con tutte le comoditaà è garantito. Ben 3 televisori ( 2 piccolini e uno grande) tavoli e sedie in abbondanza. Probabilmente necessita di un rinnovo nei copriletti. Fantatico il dondolo sul balcone, anche se dimostra i segni dell'età. Simpaticamente problematico la gestione dell'acqua calda in bagno, ma molto ben indicata. Comunque un'ottima esperienza sicuramente da replicare e consigliare.

Ett lugnt och trevligt boende i en del av Nice vi ville lära känna mer. Den nära belägna järnvägen med stationen inom fem minuters promenad var fördelaktig då vi också ville nyttja den för ett par resor. Inget störande buller från tågen. Något längre promenad för att ta sig till spårvagn men både linje 1 och 2 inom ca tio minuters promenadavstånd. Bra köksdel med modern spis och ugn vilket uppskattades då vi gärna lagar mat själva från lokala råvaror. Kommer gärna tillbaks till detta boende där vi blev väl mottagna av värden Kim och hennes vänlighet både inför, under och efter vistelsen. Rekommenderas varmt!
