Elms House Cottage

Rowston is a small farming village , south of the historic city of Lincoln. Sleaford, Newark and Grantham are all easily within half hour by car. You’ll love my place because it's a very old cottage, recently re-equipped (including dishwasher). It is near, but separate from, my own house, with it's own garden. The cottage is good for couples, solos, business travellers, and small families. We can also accommodate French speakers. A 10% discount and free weekly servicing for 7+ day stays.

Oak Leaf Mews Apartment - bright, airy and private

Located six miles from the centre of Lincoln, Oak Leaf Mews offers unique private accommodation, electric gate access and a private garden area. Capella Cottage, four miles from Lincoln centre

Capella cottage sits within the village of Branston. Being only four miles South-East of Lincoln’s city centre, It is accessed easily by car. (Approx ten min drive) The cottage is on the main road through Branston so there may be occasional road noise from traffic. There is a good sized rear garden, where the sun can be enjoyed through the day. Free Parking is available on the road outside of the property or should you prefer free ‘off street’ parking, this can be found just up the road.

This cosy, spacious, newly renovated guesthouse is situated in the village of Waddington. It consists of an open planned studio, with a separate bathroom and mini kitchen. With a wood burner in the open plan lower floor and a mezzanine level overlooking the lounge. There is a well equipped kitchen. The old apple loft serves as the master bedroom with a luxurious king size bed, ensuite toilet and basin, as well as a roll top bath. The bedroom downstairs is a twin room with two single beds and large wet room.
