The "Hut" is less than one mile from the red light in downtown Banner Elk. Only a fifteen minute walk or less than two minute drive will put you in the heart of this quaint little town. Less than half a mile to the local brewery and only a ten minute walk to the town park. The owners are on premises and very attentive to the needs of their guests. Those interested in hosting parties should look for other accommodations. Strict no pet policy. The space will only accommodate two guests.

Apartment in Cabin in Boone, North Carolina. Seven miles to downtown and App State. Quiet neighborhood, quick hike to the Blue Ridge Parkway. Pet-friendly, fenced-in yard, privacy fence, and entire downstairs. There is a full kitchen with everything needed for cooking and full size washer and dryer. Also a queen bed, and a twin sofa sleeper in the bedroom, and a a queen sofa sleeper in the living room/kitchen area. A level and paved parking area. Our nest is small so we have a 2 pet limit and they must be pre-approved. There is a $30 pet fee so select “traveling with pets” when booking. The pet fee must be paid at booking to avoid a $150 service fee. No smoking, no partying, no events (see house rules). Parking for one vehicle only and park up to and parallel with the entrance gate.
