This is our second time staying at the Jameson Room. We love the location and the size of the apartment. It's right downtown Idaho Falls, so lots to do, especially on weekends.

So easy to work with! He was so accommodating to all our questions. Would respond right away whenever asked a question. Highly recommend!!

We spent happy days at Connie’s apartment! She is excellent host. You’ll feel like at home. Banana bread was so delicious! We have always great communication with her. Apartment is very comfortable for us and has Incredible terrace, where you can spend time. Highly recommend Connie’s place.

I contacted Dawn right away to be sure my elderly mom wouldn’t have any issues with stairs or access. Dawn reassured me that the entire area was ADA compliant. And it was just that! It was great to be able to take mom somewhere she was comfortable and had ease getting around in. Loved the quiet of the neighborhood! We felt very safe and secure in it. Access to the city was easy even with the road construction going on in many places. Thank you for a lovely stay. We will visit again.

I loved this place, it was very homey. It was confusing to use the deadbolt, but I believe that was user error. Would stay here again!

Mackenzie's place feels like, you are staying at your friends house they left open for you with all the love and warmth. We cooked , we listened to music, we had a great time. Definitely recommended!

Questie’s place was just as pictured. Everything you could need was included in the stay, including coffee! All the appliances were brand new as well. The ceilings were super tall so it felt very open and refreshing. I would definitely stay here again for the next ski trip!

Michael's basement suite is a super spacious and peaceful stay, with very high quality amenities and even some bonus thoughtful touches (I especially made use of the cozy fireplace heater). I intended to find a place to stay that was cheaper than a hotel, but I also found this to be far nicer than one! The furnishings are certainly more luxurious and the check-in experience and neighborhood totally stress-free. Highly recommended for a peaceful respite on the road or a great deal for your final destination.

We came for our grandsons wedding and had a wonderful time with family. It was nice to go back to a very nice, comfortable place each evening to recharge. Thanque Everso Miss Merri ❤️

We needed a place to stay for a month, and on short notice, and Ben went the extra mile to deep clean his basement apartment for us to live in, even though we had originally booked to live in his backyard trailer. For that I will forever be grateful. The place was as-described in the listing, and was clean and warm. It’s a converted basement, but there’s central heating that controls a gas fireplace, so we were comfortable. All the furnishings and decorations were Coca-Cola or camp/wildlife themed, which I thought was kinda funny and cute. The location is convenient, it’s just one block from Sunnyside Road, and takes 15 minutes to drive to downtown Idaho Falls. Ben always announced ahead of time by call or text when he was going to come fix something, and otherwise he didn’t bother us. Actually we bothered him a few times, and he was pretty gracious about it.

The spot was perfect for walking around downtown! And the layout was perfect having three people. Especially enjoyed the game room and extra cozy big couch! Would definitely stay here again!

Top Notch! Beautiful West sunsets relaxing around the fire pit or looking in a new hot tub, after grilling on the BBQ. what more can you ask for. We'll be back!!

Cyndi’s place was a great place to stay in a good location between ski resorts. It was quiet and clean. The communication was great!
