The large terrace that opens to views of the sea is breathtaking. Situated away from town but close to the center of Moneglia, the home is the perfect place to relax in Liguria. There is free private parking in the driveway, wonderful natural light and high ceilings and windows that look out to the best vistas of the Mediterranean Sea in the area.

It is suitable for host families with children and groups of friends.

Rilassati in questa oasi tranquilla tra gli ulivi e con vista sulla baia di Bonassola. Per un carrugio tra le case e i giardini potrai arrivare in 10 minuti a piedi in spiaggia e in centro al paese. La stazione ferroviaria si trova a 10 minuti a piedi, così come i negozi e i ristoranti. Durante il soggiorno potrai dimenticarti della macchina e girare solo a piedi o in bicicletta tra i paesi e le spiagge di Levanto e Framura. Le Cinque Terre sono facilmente raggiungibili in treno.

Apartment is surrounded by nature, basically equipped and furnished but quite functional with cold and hot A/C and very fast internet that makes it very suitable for remote working every season of the year.
